This is close to everything ---snorkeling by the Marriot court yard, down town, restaurants, kayaking --you name it. i enjoyed it !!!

Easy to park in the parking lot next door or you can be downtown Hilo. A lot of locals come here to surf and paddleboard. The waves are so huge there sometimes. People even come from Kona to surf here ! Very entertaining to watch...More

It doesn't seem the other responders know much about Kona, but I'd be happy to help you. I'm not sure what a POA is, but if its a cruise line, when you you disembark, you will disembark at the pier. As you get off, you... More
