Lesson advice predeparture + COVID response / compassion

I cannot praise Peter + Stefan enough for the way they interacted, advised and supported me for your Ski trip.

Predeparture they gave excellent advice and direciton on best way to get most from training and were quick and pleasant in all responses, making it so easy to plan and book what was best.

Unfortunatley, 12hrs before departure I got a COVID positive result and coudl not travel, I email the guys and they were so supportive and understanding and although I cannot go my wife and daughter still proceeded and the guys are going to replan the training and refund appropriate monies, it could have been done through a website but they said to "just come into the shop and they will sort for her when she arrives".

The guys went above and beyond and made the disappointing news so much easier to navigate.

Excellent Ski School!

This is the best Ski School i have been to anywhere in the world. The instructors are fantastic , very friendly and experienced. I would reccommend to anyone from beginners up.

Cannot recommend Mountain Mind more. Very professional, great value and the instructors make you feel at ease and are brilliant at their job. They made our week so much fun and we learnt so much. Special shout out to Rudi who was amazing. Will definitely return

Had 3 private lessons with Peter. He was first class, attentive, encouraging, friendly and very professional. He took a real interest and was keen to help us progress. A great ambassador for the company and the staff in the shop were top-drawer also. Would definately and highly endorse him and the company.

Quality of instruction was amazing

Without doubt, I cannot recommend this company enough. The quality of the instruction, attention to detail and their enthusiasm and professional manner they adopt, is fantastic.
As a UK Based ski instructor, I am yet to come across another Austrian ski school that can deliver to the same standard that Mountainmind has to offer. 1st Class & 5 star.

Great ski school. Classes are about the right size. Instructor was very good and explained everything clearly. He made the class fun as well as professional. We covered a large area in Söll which kept the skiing interesting. Can't wait to go back.

I can’t recommend Rudi and Mountainmind any higher! Having skied all over the world and had lessons with lots of different schools, but this has to be the best!
