Absolutely horrible city rules, they cannot correctly manage parking in the city, so they confuse you intentionally to pull money out of your pocket, they charge 85€ fines for couple of minutes overpass in empty parking, Milllstatt basically steels money from you. Avoid city if you may, nothing special anyway! Bad tourism strategy and nanagment for mediocre, not special place anyway.

We spend there an amazing weekend in summer. Nice area with clear water, nice hotels, amazing town and nice people. You can choose swimming or hiking, climbing or rest on the beach.
