I could not have been more please with this company from the start of planning and communication to the end (our arrival at the airport). I have had incidents on other tours where buses are late or don’t show etc. Each driver (I did two airport transfers and a trip to two plantations) arrived early and all could not have been more personable and professional. The vans we utilized were impeccable as was the driving and safety. Absolutely a top notch company!

As we spent our last morning in NOLA, I called Riverbend to see if we could have a tour through the Garden District then be dropped at the airport and it was hands down the best way to end our trip. Heather, the office manager, was quick to pull together our request and made it work perfectly for us with the best driver and tour guild. She was patient and understanding when my bank blocked our payment (travel rules, sheesh) and ensured it was taken care of without additional stress. Our driver stopped for me at a bucket list mural and our tour guild let the conversations flow based on what she could tell my interests were. They were both collaborative with each other and we could tell they were both very comfortable providing their own tidbits of facts and info. Not only did our guild insist on taking photos for us, she shared so many interesting facts and pointed out things we would have missed if we were on a walking tour/on our own. We quickly made our way to airport when the tour wrapped (and we had a bio break, thank you John!) and had the smoothest experience with drop off thanks to our driver. Highly highly recommend Riverbend for your transportation and tour needs in NOLA, you will not be disappointed!

We had an excellent transport from the airport to our hotel for our group of 8. Daniel was so pleasant and professional. It was so nice to have him waiting for us when we arrived in New Orleans and we didn't have to walk the gauntlet of cabs, vans etc. He gave us lots of info about the city on our drive in. The vehicle was large, clean and comfortable as well. (much nicer than I had expected). I would highly recommend this company for any transportation needs in the New Orleans area - you won't be disappointed. Thank you Daniel and Riverbend Limousine and Tours. Well done!!!

In the midst of all of the craziness and anxiety about life during the great plague., Riverbend provided superior service from start to finish. From responding to a web inquiry to quoting the drive to confirming pick up info and from professionally transporting our daughter from the New Orleans airport to her hotel, everything went perfectly. Our daughter reported her driver was, "the nicest man I have ever spoken to."

We used Riverbend for transportation from the rail station to our hotel in New Orleans. Not only do you get to avoid all the aggravations (and risks) of other transportation alternatives, they are incredibly professional and treat their customers like the most important people on the face of the earth. This was the first time we used them, but they are definitely on our "let's use their service every time" list.

We had the pleasure of using their services for airport transportation to and from our hotel. They were prompt to my email when I was looking into shuttle services and very accommodating for our large group of 24 people. I would use them again when we return to NOLA and recommend them to anyone looking for car services.

Riverbend Charters' friendly and knowledgeable driver met our group of 4 at baggage claim, helped us with our bags, and took us in a large, clean, and comfortable SUV to our rental apartment. Booking is easy, and they send an email reminder as well as a text when the driver arrives at the airport. It was effortless for us. Definitely recommend.

I can not say enough positive things about Riverbend Limousine and Tours! LLoyd was our driver and he made us feel instantly at home. Great customer service, attention to every detail. I will never visit New Orleans again without using this service. On time, plesant, personable, made you feel valued and welcom. This is a top notch company, the drivers are extraordianry. Thank you, thank you for making our trip that much more special becuase we used this company. Do not hesitate, if you ever thought you needed a car service, this is the one you need!!!!

We had 4 adults and luggage. Lloyd was who I made my reservation with via phone, he made me feel at ease.
Our trip had 3 parts; from the Airport Hotel to the Cruise Pier, from the Cruise pier to the French Quarter Hotel and then from that hotel a few days later to the airport.
I found the price reasonable and the service provided superior!
They were on time for all parts of the trip, early on the last part to avoid the marathon road closures (thank you for that) although he would have waited we were ready to go.

We had a trip scheduled to New Orleans and Riversbend was going to pick us up at the airport. Well our flight was cancelled 3 times and while dealing with the airlines I was able to call Riversbend each time and they were so easy to work with. Each time they said don’t worry about it we will be there. When we finally made it a day later they were there waiting for us. They were very professional and got us to our hotel.
When are trip was over they were at the hotel early to take us back to the airport. The next time we are in NOLA we will definitely us them.
