My Women's History Book Club read about some famous women in the French Quarter, and we wanted a women's history of the FQ tour. I reached out to Tours by Steven, and Angie was so excited to plan our tour. We learned sooo much, and the time and effort Angie put into planning our tour showed. She didn't read a script or anything, and it kept us captivated. We toured for almost three hours, had a great time, and took a lot of pics. Everyone kept raving about how much fun and how interesting it was. Highly recommend! Our group of 10 was the perfect size.

THE BEST. Tour guide LEE is amazing. He is informative, creative in his deliverance of information. We had the BEST time. Would highly recommend asking for LEE. Saw other tours on our way. Could tell, those guides were just reiterating information. Not LEE, he was excited to be able to share his knowledge.

Our tour guide, Angie, was extremely knowledgeable about this area and New Orleans in general. She was friendly, funny and quite encouraging regarding questions and comments. I would highly recommend this guide and the tour.

Trust the reviews, this tour is great! I wanted to do something special for my architect husband’s first trip to New Orleans and this tour was perfect. Our tour guide Angie was extremely knowledgeable and made it fun and informative. Highly recommend!

Very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and humorous guide who was happy to share her city. Well worth it despite the unseasonable heat & humidity for October and downpour just as our tour was wrapping up. We learned the tour goes on rain or shine!

Harris was our tour guide and he was outstanding! He is a local resident who grew up in NOLA and as such, was very knowledgeable and able to answer every question our group asked, even those not relating to the Garden District. He called us part of his family and treated us that way. The tour was professional, well conducted, and full of interesting tidbits one would never know otherwise. This was the only tour I found that allowed me to bring my small, leashed pup, and I was very thankful for that! Harris shared much of the rich history of the GD, as well as NOLA in general. The best added bonus was the text he sent after the tour with additional information on everything we covered, restaurant and entertainment recommendations, and books to read about NOLA history! It was a treasure trove of information! We highly recommend Tours by Steven and Harris as your guide!

Highly recommend a walking tour of the Garden District when visiting NOLA. Our guide, Harris Parson, was exceptional! He is local and has a passion for teaching visitors about the history of the area, both current and past. His attention to detail and storytelling ability truly made this tour engaging for everyone in the group. The Garden District is truly an area to discover with a guide as you will learn more than you ever expected to.

Our tour of the New Orleans Garden district was even better than we were hoping for. Our tour guide had a great energy and a true love of the city and it’s culture. She showed us beautiful spaces and places that have so much interesting and often unexpected history. She was a great story teller as well. Will definitely do this again and will recommend this to anyone visiting New Orleans!

This tour was excellent. It gave a great history of the cemetery and I would highly recommend this tour company. There were only 5 of us in this group. The other tour companies had groups over 20 people. Tours by Steven limits their tour to 18 people which I think is great. The other tour companies were constantly counting their people to be sure everyone was there. The point of having a tour guide present is to limit exposure to vandalism and such. Not sure how that can really be done when some of the groups are as large as they are.

The city of New Orleans allows up to 28 guests on a tour, but this is not something we will do! We max out our tours at 18 guests, so that you can have a much more pleasant experience. I hope this helps. Thanks again!

We would love to set up a private tour for you focusing on your groups interests. Typically private tours are priced according to your groups desires. We would be happy to discuss specifics with you through email or on the telephone. Please feel free to call our office or email. We do offer larger group tours which would be $20 for a 1 hour cemetery tour per person and $25 per person for a 2 hour walking tour of with either the French Quarter or the Garden District.

Unfortunately, I see no question here, but are you asking if we can do tours in Spanish? If so, we can make that happen upon early scheduling and it has to be done on a PRIVATE TOUR level as we do not offer this regularly, we must bring a Spanish speaking tour guide in for this. John is amazing and I am sure you would be very happy with his tour.
