My Mom, sister, a dear friend and I spent the afternoon at Spa Aria while visiting New Orleans for the weekend. The place is cozy and charming, and we had amazing massages and perfect mani/pedis. Thank you Ana, Brandie, Maria, and Troy! And Lance, you are the best! I can't thank you enough for getting us in with such short... More

I got "the monteleone experience" also known as "the fully Monty." Well worth the price! Plan to be there roughly 3.5-4 hours. Ive gotten a ton of massages and Trudy was fantastic. Quite possibly the best massage I have ever gotten! My facial felt very good and the women doing it got straight to it and was full of knowledge.

I was not staying at the Hotel Monteleone where the spa is located at so it took me a bit to find it since I was running late for my appointment and rushing ( I enjoyed the night before a bit too much). I'm appalled that in my hungover state I didn't catch the sweet woman's name who was doing... More

I visited the Spa Aria at the Hotel Monteleone last week. I had a massage with Bridget. She did a wonderful job. The best massage I have ever had! I could not have been more relaxed. I also had a facial with Trudy. She was also wonderful! Tara at the reception area was very accommodating and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed... More

My mom and I booked full body massages for March 21, 2016. My 60-minute deep tissue massage was with Ellen. Mom had a 90-minute massage. She said her massage was the best massage she has ever had. The only thing wrong with my massage is that it wasn't long enough. I felt amazing afterwards and wish I could have stayed... More

Staff was friendly, massage was nice, but nothing amazing. I was not asked if the pressure was okay. Oil was warm, room a little bit cool. Massage was shy of stated time; this always bothers me. I was not invited or directed to change into a robe and sandals (had to ask after the fact if I could get a... More

I go to ALOT of salon and spas and Spa Aria ranks at the top. I booked the "Full Monty" which is a massage, a facial and a mani pedi. The facial was first which was fantastic! Trudy did an amazing job customizing my facial to my specific needs. She listened to everything I had to say about my skin... More

My husband and I were not staying at the Hotel Monteleone, however we chose this side anyways. We got a couples massage and we're both happy as the massage therapists each adjusted to the style we like. There are full shower facilities and locker rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
