Thank you NOLA Kayak Tours for a breathtakingly beautiful and informative journey into the canals and bayous right outside New Orleans. Kaylee (sp?) was our guide today, and she was fantastic! Held a pace that worked for all the folks on our tour, and she...More

Sunny was impressive. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very pleasant to talk to. I drove from Houston that day but along the way there was very good communication from them informing me about the weather. We ended up having a great kayak trip.

Excellent! We try to be on top of the weather as much as possible, which can be tricky along the gulf, glad you had good luck! Thanks for paddlin' w us!

Sam was a great guide, we didn’t see too much wildlife (we went in January). The swamp was interesting, we did spot a couple of eagles! The Whitney plantation tour was great

Awesome! Birds are surely a main attraction during the wintertime! Louisiana hosts over 300 different species throughout the year! Thanks for paddlin' with us!

We greatly enjoyed our Christmas Day tour with Sunny. The swamp was beautiful, amd she knew a lot about it. I was worried there would be much to see in the winter, but it was still very nice.

It's true that the likelihood of seeing reptiles in the winter goes down, though we agree with you that the wetlands are gorgeous any time of year! Birding opportunities are ever-present and a break from the city is always fun! Thanks for paddling with us!

These are sit aboard kayaks, so you sit on top not in. As far as weight limit, I don't know. The double seaters would have to handle 500 lbs I would think.
