We stopped in the Basin St visiter's center about 3:30 (tour was 2-4) to use the facilities.

Music gumbo walking tour is $25 plus tax. Totally worth it; especially if you're a music lover!

You should be able to book it on their web site - neworleansmusictours - that's what I did.
