The Crescent City is best enjoyed as you glide through its streets and along the riverfront. Our world-class tour guides provide heaps of unique and fascinating stories that make this "America’s Most Interesting City!" All tours are limited in size so you can count on a great and a personal experience full of fun and fantastic photo ops! City Segway Tours is the original New Orleans Segway tour company! After being forced to close our doors because of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, we are thrilled to finally be coming home. When you glide with us, you’ll know you are gliding with the original and the best.

See several neighborhoods on a bike

Take a slow ride down Esplanade st.,visit City Park, visit the cemetery..it is all better on a bike. You really get the flavor of the different neighborhoods.

It was overall a good tour, it gave us an overview of the the core of New Orleans. Our guide, unfortunately I forgot her name, was really friendly, told us everything about the history and was open to answer specific questions.

We had a private 3-hour Segway Tour with Steven. We were in New Orleans for our daughter's college tour at Tulane. My wife and I have visited N.O. before and have done fun walking tours, so we thought we'd mix it up with a Segway, which none of us had ever been on. Steven was great. This outfit is definitely... We booked this on the recommendations on TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. There were 4 of us (mixed ages). I happened to mention that we were there celebrating my husbands birthday and one of the guides told us that in New Orleans, the birthday person wears a dollar pinned to their clothes and strangers will add to the money and... This is the 2nd time I have taken a Segway tour, last in CA. and it didn't take me long to remember how to operate the Segway. The guide did an excellent job of leading the group and providing information about the history of New Orleans. It is a lot of fun and I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful tour of the city with David our tour guide. He was extremely informative and guided us through all of the major sights of the city. David maintained a nice pace and kept us 50+ year olds from getting worn out. I would recommend this tour to everyone. Its a beautiful way to see the city sights... More

Our first visit to New Orleans and had a blast on the Segway Tour!! If you go ask for Jack!! He shared much of the cities history and you can see his passion for it! I learned more here than history classes in school! The Segway to drive was a breeze. I want one!

First time Segway riders here! Jon was fantastic at making sure we were comfortable, confident, and steady! The tour was very interesting and informative. I learned quite a bit of history. I highly recommend taking the three hour tour. If I can do it, anyone can. Thank you Jon!

Did a Segway tour today and must admit that it will be the highlight of my New Orleans trip. First of all, I must give credit where credit is due, Julie was my guide and she was amazing. I am a huge history buff and low and behold, Julie is a history major. She is so knowledgable about the city... More

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
