My Boyfriend surprised me with this as a birthday gift. I was able, after a brief lesson to actually fly the aircraft for half the flight. It was an amazing time. The professionalism, confidence in safety were second to none. The Staff and Company as a whole couldn't have been better. 5 Star, but would give 10 if the site offered. Awesome time. :)))

I made a reservation for my friend and I to take a 75 minute late afternoon flight. She was very apprehensive about the flight as she said she didn't like little planes. We sat outside the regional airport and seriously debated just bagging it. However, we thought we'd go in and at least check it out and then make our decision. Krystal, whose husband is the owner and one of the pilots, met us immediately. We told her about our fear and she couldn't have been nicer. She offered to let us look at the plane and then decide. She took us to the waiting room of the regional airport (which is attached to their office) and we were pleasantly surprised how nice it was. (And the women's restroom is one of the nicest I've ever been in anywhere!).
Our pilot was Rita and she was a blast. She totally took into account our trepidation. The take off, flight and landing couldn't have been smoother. My nervous friend had the very best time and was totally converted.
Rita provided us a very unique view of the New Orleans greater area. You really don't know how much of the area is water until you see it from Rita's plane. It was interesting seeing the shipping containers and boats that were tossed around by Katrina and deposited in the middle of the swamp, and they're still there.

I recently visited this establishment on 12/10/17 for our anniversary and it was so beautiful..we did the love in the air tour and I couldn’t ask for anything better. The staff was friendly and the pilot was excellent. The views were amazing especially the sunset. I will definitely go back

Couldn't have been a better birthday gift for my husband. Quite the unique experience and I was able to keep it a total surprise. I immediately felt safe with Pilot Daniel's instruction and professionalism. We definitely took in the sights of New Orleans (our first visit) better than any bus or walking tour on the Raven II. Incredible and unforgettable views with an appreciated history lesson thrown during the flight. The entire staff came out to greet us on our return -- obviously a family type environment at this business. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and zero motion sickness! It was great. Thank you to the entire Flight Academy team but especially Daniel. :)

After many trips to New Orleans with my family, I was challenged to create a unique experience for the sister 50th birthday. Boy did I hit the jackpot!! This tour was wonderful from beginning to end. I highly recommended it for first time visitors to those like us that have been numerous times and looking for something different.

A great way to get an awesome view of New Orleans. The pilot was very knowledgeable and nice. Taking videos and pictures is allowed. And the New Orleans Lakefront Airport terminal is spectacular in all it's 1950s art deco glory.

This was a very enjoyable experience! Rita was our pilot and her knowledge of the area was incredible and she was willing to answer anything and show us anything we wanted to see! Very smooth flight and a perfect way to tie all these areas together that you have visited!

One would say the words to describe this experience are repetitive, such as amazing and thrilling, however the feeling is actually beyond all of those!
This was definitely the best present I've got, and it went beyond my expectations.
Collin was awesome, he was both encouraging and supportive and I like how much he pushed me to do things I've never imagined I could be doing!
If anyone is having second thoughts whether to do it or not, stop! It's experience well worth and long lasting!

Trent was a fantastic pilot and guide. My wife even got to fly the plane as part of her birthday celebration. The champagne and chocolate was delicious.

J’ai réservé hier (17/12/17) sur TRIP ADVISOR «envolez vous au dessus de la Nouvelle Orleans» pour mon fils Jean-Baptiste CHAMBARD qui vit à Nola, en date du 27/01/18 à 14h
J’ai mis ses coordonnées mail et tel, puis j’ai réglé avec ma carte bleu.
Je n’ai ni réservation, ni reçu.
Mon fils n’a rien reçu non plus.
Il était pourtant noté qu’un mail de confirmation allait être immédiatement envoyé pour la réservation
Que dois je faire pour avoir trace de ma réservation (cadeau de Noel à mon fils) et être certaine de la validité de mon achat?
