New Orleans is infamous for its spooky past, filled with tales of voodoo, vampires, ghosts, and witches. During this walking tour, save time with a guide who knows the quickest routes around the Big Easy and brings the folklore and history of the city to life, all during the creepiest time of day—the night. My husband, son, and I had a wonderful cooking class with Lynn. She included my 9 year old son and he was able to do most of the cooking. The food was excellent. Our creations needed to simmer for awhile so they had prepared our meals in advance and we were able to dine right in the shop. The meals we prepared were frozen and we picked them up on our way out of town to have at home. Our meals came complete with finishing instructions at home. We get to eat the great food twice. Lynn even meet us for food pickup on a day the shop was closed. Thank you for a great experience.

Took my wife to a great cooking class on her birthday on Labor day. We both made some great food and had a wonderful time with a awesome teacher, Brenda. Great place to visit while in NOLA. Norman

Lots of fun. Great food during AND at the end. Learned cool stuff along the way as well, especially the difference between Creole and Cajun cooking.

Best cooking demonstration I've ever attended. The cook was very knowledgeable not only about cooking, but about the area. She told interesting stories about her grandmother teaching her how to cook Cajun style. The food was outstanding. They serve nonalcoholic drinks with the food, but you can bring a bottle of wine if you like.

We love cajun food and chose Crescent City Cooks bc we saw in their reviews that they use Slap Ya Mama seasoning. We took our 10 and 8 year old with us to the demonstration class. Our chef was so entertaining and shared personal stories including a history lesson on New Orleans. She made class very interactive. We will definitely g back for a hands-on class next trip. Wonderful experience and the food was incredible!
