More than just bowling. Big bar area and they have a stage and dance floor. Was there on Tuesday night and they were having dance lessons. Food is just bar food, but everything else was great!

Went for a live Zydeco band and some bowling (we are not bowlers) and everyone had a blast including our teens. Lot of fun!

We went to rock and bowl due to its one of the few places in Nola kids can go to and hear live music. We went on a Wednesday night at 10 - after dinner and we were told no bowling lanes were available. Which...More

I revisit the Rock n''Bowl each time I come back to New Orleans. Seldom for bowling but always for the bands that play each night. It is a unique place and still a fun experience, though I miss the scary bouncing floor of the old...More

A huge hall with bowling lanes, 4 dollar beer and a great band on Thursday. Pros: great staff, low cover, great music and plenty of single men and woman looking for dance partners. Great over 40 place as well, but all ages danced with all...More

I don’t think so because when I went there were kids bowling during the music and there was no barrier or separate entrance between the music and bowling areas. It’s a great place. Have fun!

cover charge goes to the band, who sets 'their' price well worth it given the quality of the TOP acts who play here and intimacy of the venue imho
