This dynamic duo really made New Orleans history live. Keisha navigated the city swollen by Mardi Gras parades and randomly closed-off streets with amazing expertise. Mike displayed encyclopedic of knowledge of New Orleans and it's history. His ethusiasm was contagious; his delivery was riveting. We enjoyed Keisha and Mike so much we'd take the tour again if we could have that pair at the helm. To much to learn!

I had an exceptional experience with Orion as my tour guide in New Orleans. From the very beginning, Orion set clear expectations, providing detailed instructions and even sending a picture of himself and the meeting location. This level of organization immediately made me feel at ease and prepared for the tour ahead.

Throughout the tour, Orion's storytelling, humor, and deep knowledge of the city truly shone. He effortlessly weaved anecdotes and historical facts, showcasing not only his passion for the city but also his respect for its culture and people. Orion's appreciation for the arts was evident as he highlighted the work of various local artists along the way, creating a rich and immersive experience for all.

Furthermore, Orion's genuine love for his job was palpable, as he went above and beyond to ensure every musician we encountered was acknowledged and supported. His dedication to his craft and the city of New Orleans was truly inspiring.

I highly recommend Orion as a tour guide for anyone looking for an unforgettable and enriching experience in the Big Easy. Thank you, Orion, for a fantastic tour!

The City tour was a great way to get an overview of the city on the first day. Cynthia was our guide and just “wow!” Is the only way to describe her knowledge of the culture and history of New Orleans. Kisha was our driver and got us around safely with no issue. It was a rainy overcast day so great to be in the bus. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting New Orleans.

Got to see a lot of the neighborhoods but not much as far as interesting sites, etc. Tour guide was very knowledgeable just wish we at least drove by the Superdome, Armstrong Park, places like that. Nice to stop at the cemetery even if we couldn't go in. So many tent city's.

John & Corey were the guide & driver. John is very knowledgeable about everything around the city. He made it fun and very interesting. He even let us know about quite a few great eateries around town ! Must do the city tour ! Loved the city park with the sculptures! Beautiful!

The guide started the tour without us. We arrived between 10-15 minutes before exactly at the place the tour indicated. However, no one was there and after 10 minutes after the departure time, we called Ghost adventures which gave us the contact from the guide. His name was Shone, he never picked up the phone and totally disappeared. I only had that day to visit this tour in NOLA so I had to pay for another one departing later. And I never got a refund this this tour from Ghost adventures. Bad customer service, irresponsible guide, as they sell it: TERRIBLE!

Booked a 4 PM tour with Tyler.  We were told to be at the red booth by 3:30 PM, and were there a few minutes before that.  When we got there, the bus was there, and we were told that we could get on, but it turned out that the bus door was closed and the driver was asleep across the front seats of the bus (as we eventually found out, but at the time, we were not even sure that there was not a homeless person sleeping on the bus).  Tyler arrived just before 4 PM, and we departed.  There were two of us, and we were the only two people on this particular tour.  We enjoyed the sights and seeing new parts of New Orleans.  But we were astonished at how fast Tyler spoke.  I even took a couple of audio clips during the tour because it went by so fast.  We drove by landmarks so quickly that there were no opportunities to even take the quickest of photos (and I am usually adept at snapping quickly on the fly) and we had hoped to see some of the "Yardi Gras" homes, but only passed a couple on the entire tour.  We got to the Cafe du Monde stop by the Sculpture Garden at about 4:50 PM, and were gone again by 5 PM.  At the time that we were on the tour, it was nearly impossible to follow what Tyler was saying, and to be clear, we have normal hearing and speak English as a first language.  If we spoke English as a second language or had the slightest hearing impairment, it would have been impossible to follow.  As it was, I still don't remember any of the names of the historical figures Tyler mentioned because it was buried in so much rapid-fire patter.  I didn't complain during the course of the tour, thinking that there was that much interesting information to cover, and I wanted to learn everything I could.  But the tour ended just short of two hours long.  As the tour was advertised as a 2.5 hour tour, I now suspect that Tyler decided that a tour for only two people was not worth his full attention, and agreed with the driver to condense it down to 2 hours instead.  So we went flying past landmarks and Tyler talked as fast as possible to get the whole tour in as short of time as possible.  He was also checking texts and messages on his phone while he talked.  Fortunately for Tyler, my companion is a compulsive over-tipper and Tyler earned a generous gratuity despite his performance.  But I would not recommend this experience to others.  I would definitely recommend a bus tour, as it's the best way to see the other parts of New Orleans that you would not otherwise get, but not if it's delivered like this, as it required so much focus just to keep following.

I should say that I'm not even 100% this is the correct tour as this description mentions several stops which we were not offered during our tour. But I see several references to Tyler, who was our tour guide. And it may be the absence of those stops that turned our 2.5 hour tour into a slightly under 2 hour tour.

Wow, this was a such a good idea. A quick bus tour reviewing the city. If you don't have a lot of time or money to spend on a tour, this is one for you. Shawn is an awesome tour guide. Ask him for food recommendations.

Hint - they will pick you up at your hotel or one nearby, but when they do drop offs, you don't have to get off at your hotel, you can get off at another and be closer to something you want to see in greater detail.

Worth the price of the tour, houses you likely wouldn’t otherwise see during your New Orleans visit. The knowledgeable and enthusiastic tour guide (Sean) was able to describe the history behind the various houses and show us some hidden gems. Not a tremendous amount of walking, seemed to be contained to a few city blocks. Got to see some homes of famous people, past and present. It was a little disappointing that the cemetery that was advertised in the tour was closed for renovations—I know the tour company has no say in that, but then a slight refund or something should have been offered. Overall, I’m glad we did the tour and would recommend it to others.

Hubby and I did the tour today with Dennis aka DJ. Our group was a small group of 8 ppl total which was AWESOME. DJ our tour guy was awesome, funny, very KNOWLEDGEABLE and this guy KNOWS his stuff. He kept our group entertained and fun. So happy we did this tour... got to see many beautiful homes in the Garden District. The cemetery was CLOSED and will be closed for a while but that didn’t put a damper on our tour at all. We still had a great time. DJ is a GEM!
