Justin was a knowledgable and fun tour guide. We learned so much about the history of the city and how the burial customs in NOLA came to be. I highly recommend! Plus the bar we meet at gives 2 for 1 drinks when you go on the tour and return!

Took the tour with Steven. He knew the history of the city and the specific venues very well. Going down pirates alley my cell phone opened to an app that I haven't used in months and started talking to me.HIGHLy suggest going.

This tour was a great way to spend the evening in the quarter. Stephen, our tour guide, was very entertaining and informative. I would definitely recommend experiencing this tour for yourself.

I took both the FQ Phantom Music Tour and the St Louis Cemetery Tours. Justin, the tour guide for the Music Tour, traced the evolution of music in New Orleans from ragtime and jazz in Storyville all the way to the latest hiphop sounds being played in the bars on Royal Street. He played samples of the music styles with... More

Did tour with 13 yr old daughter. The check in place was a bit sketch as the obvious place to walk in is an adult only bar. We missed the side entrance. That's on us. Tour was entertaining. Luke was a great guide. Bar stop was super nice on a hot day. We do end in a different place than... More

So glad we did this tour, it was so interesting, Justin was a great guide with so much knowledge of the area and its history. We visited the Backstreet Cultural Museum after the tour and had lunch at Lil Dizzy's. Awesome !!!

Was so excited to book ghost tour because of all the reviews. Once there and once tour started I kinda of regretted it. Tour was somewhat boring. Would suggest maybe another type of tour. Not sure if they have other types of tours but the 8pm tour wasn't what we expected. Wouldn't go again.

The cemetery tour was very fun. The tour guide Justin was excellent. It was very hot though and it was a hard slog in the heat. We had fun though and Justin was very funny.

We did the morning cemetery tour at St. Louis cemetery with guide Bryan. This company was recommended to us by our hotel concierge as being the most historically accurate tour. The tour itself I would say was average as far as information. However, Bryan was very entertaining. Bryan gets 5 stars. The tour itself is why I am giving 3.... More

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
