We took the Garden District walking tour with Randy! He brought the Garden District and LaFayette Cemetery to life with his engaging presentation. His stories and passion for the subject made it all the more interesting. This was one of the highlights of our trip.

We had an amazing time with Tracy! She was delightful and funny, and it made a difference that she was a local. We really enjoyed out time with her, and they way she did the tour was informational and fun. We learned a lot and I would recommend her 100%.

And I thought I knew history? Not until you have Randy Bibb as your tour guide. He's one of those natives that knows all the "ins" and "outs" of a city. Fascinating descriptions, funny and puts a bit of "theater" in his tours. Just enjoyed every minute of both of the two hour tours with him. Cemetery tour is enlightening... More

Randy Bibb gave us a great overview of New Orleans in two hours which I wish had lasted two days! This wasn't my first New Orleans trip and I found out how much I didn't know!! He is charming, kind and considerate as well as having a great sense of humor. The next time I'm in New Orleans I plan... More

Went on this tour with my adult daughter. It was very informative and a really good time. Our guide was Tracy who was happy to answer questions and really knew her stuff. All around fun and haunting evening!

Very interesting. Started from the French quarter where we learned a lot about the history and then walked on to the cemetery. Very interesting tour.

Referred by Roosevelt Hotel. Took a taxi to the meeting point and gave up after 15 minutes. Two other couples were hung out to dry too.

And ask for Randy. He is a blast. I love history but never studied much in the south and learns so much. Randy is a local and quite the character. He is intimately connected to NOLA and made th two hours fly by. This is a must for anyone who travels to NOLA. The company is very professional and their... More

Let me start off by saying I am definitely a skeptic. I do not believe in ghosts but I am very fascinated by the history of New Orleans and I was hoping that this tour would provide me with some rich and fascinating stories about some of the more disturbing events of New Orleans past. I really believe a tour... More

Staying in French Quarter

Neighborhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
