This must have been the Whitney Plantation and it is a remarkably well told story or day to day life for the enslaved people who lived and worked there

Had a lovely couple of hours on the Natchez cruising up the Mississippi with a great tasty meal included, and jazz too! Really recommend that you try this if you are in New Orleans.

Our tour guide was Jim (with one m). Very good tour guide, witty and funny and very informative. Bus driver was also a very good driver. The plantation tour was a bit of a let down as we were expecting more of the way of life at that time in history. The main house was nicely

We arrived on time to find the trip canceled through a mechanical fault on the boat, the girl at the desk booked us on her list for a refund which as yet we have not received. Very disappointing to say the least.
