Tour is under $16 with tax so great price. They offer a shuttle from the French market but it wasn't available so we ubered. Out tour started with a cocktail, cold "better than a hurricane" which it actually was, or hot "wasil". The staff is very friendly and the guide extremely knowledgeable. He explains the history/origins of the rum business... More

We made use of the option to be picked up in the Quarter and thoroughly enjoyed our tour and rum tasting. It is not, however, a neat and tidy distillery. Guests at vacation rental thoroughly hated it because it was not very clean.

This was an excellent day trip away from the noise of the French Quarter. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and lively. Go with a good group as it made all the difference in the experience. The history of the distillery is worth noting too with its water line from when Katrina flooded the whole premise. Rums are worth shipping... More

This is a fun thing to do if you have a few hours. Great value for the money and the shuttle is so convenient. Highly recommended!

Very informative tour of a great little micro-distillery for high quality rum started by an artist 20 years ago. The tour guide (forgot his name) was very likable, and the free pre-tour cocktail and post tour tasting of their various rums was ...hmmm.. tasty. It's in a bit of a bleak part of town, not dangerous, just industrial, but that's... More

After spending way more time than planned at the WWII museum (it was worth it) we were looking for something interesting. By chance we saw an ad and knew we had to visit. We were not disappointed and we arrived just in time for a tour and tasting. Truly knowledgeable Bob's enthusiasm is contagious. Operations are small and intimate. Impressive... More

Hi, From Australia, wanted to come to New Orleans and made it my goal to source a local alcohol and stumbled across this. Was really informative and absolutely worth it, there signature drink they made "Better than a Hurricane" was indeed better. Cajun Spiced Rum was my fav. Recommend to everyone

We booked the tour with the shuttle bus service from the French market. Dianna, our tour guide, drove the van all by herself to pick us up. Once we got to the distillery, we were greeting with their midnight mist cocktail, which was like a rum punch, yum and delish! The tour was cool and very informative. We got pretty... More

Walk in the door and you are greeted with a smile and a welcome drink- iced tea with spiced rum- it was cold and delicious. Informative and interesting tour. We were able to see the entire operation. Fascinating watching the bottling and capping of the Gingeroo while we were there. At the end of the tour you were able to... More
