My sister, friend and I decided to go here on a whim and it turned out very nice. The distillery is a small place about 5 or 10 min outside the French Quarter. We got a welcome drink, which was very nice, then our tour started. There were only about 12 of us there, so it was nice and personal.... More

It was very interesting to learn about the rum making process, and the accompanying rum tasting wasn't bad either! Shuttle to and from the French Market was extremely convenient as well. Great activity for couples, friends, weekend getaways or bachelor/ette parties.

Really loved this tour. Our tour guide was informative and funny, didn't kill us so too much science and then in he end supplied us with Rum. What more could you ask for?

We booked the rum tour and managed to misunderstand the instructions so missed the shuttle. I called the distillery and they were very kind and accommodating - waited for us to start tour. The tour was really informative and casual - we got to learn about and explore all areas of the distillery. I especially enjoyed the 20th Anniversary Rum... More

Very interesting about the history of rum, ie. how rum came to be in the city, what happened to the business during/after Katrina.. Nice to taste the different ones. .Very friendly and helpful staff.

I found this lovely spot buried in the local New Orleans visitors guide. I wish that it were more visible to tourist because it was one of the best tours that we took! Bob and Stacy were great and the drinks were GREAT! I love the fact that I could order my rum and have it shipped to me so... More

We had a great time learning about the oldest operating rum distillery. The tour guide was great and informative and the rum samples were great! Our favorite is the Gingeroo and sent some home for Christmas gifts. Something different and fun to do, especially during the hot, hot summer days

We had a great time, it was well worth the time and money. Our tour guide as knowledgeable and entertaining. We met people from all over the world including a Brewer from Germany. Only piece of advise is it is not really for Children. We loved it and we now love the rum

A distillery in NO hay knows how to do rum. The tour is great, and they give the history of rum, the process, as well as ample sampling. Very informative tour.
