If you are in New Orleans this is the place to go. Great happy hour and the food is wonderful. Cannot remember our waiters name but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Jeans and dress shirts and nicer. Definitely not a shorts and t-shirt place. We wore jeans, dress shirt and a blazer as it was in March as it wasn't hot yet
