We had a group of 16 going on a cruise and needed Transportion from the airport to hotel, hotel to pier and pier to airport. Kerry provided us with exceptional service. He communicated where he was at all time and made sure we were at our destinations on time. On our return trip from the cruise we had a problem with the cruise ship coming in 5 hours late. We all had a flight leaving at 2:30 and we weren’t abele to get off the ship until 1:10. Kerry communicated that he was on standby and would be there as soon as we got to the door. He mad sure we felt secure by advising us that we would make our flight. We made it to the airport and were able to make our flights. I would recommend his company to everyone traveling to New Orleans.

Don't bother with Uber or generic tourist tours. Kerry is prompt, courteous, friendly and really knows his city!

Great ride!

We met Kerry today for the first time and enjoyed our ride from the Riverwalk Hotel area to the airport for an afternoon flight. He was such a joy to visit with and we will certainly use his service again and tell our friends and family about him. He personifies what New Orleans is all about. Great ride and a great guy!

Never showed up for pick up at airport

We had scheduled a pick up from New Orleans airport with this gentleman for 11/25 (also scheduled a transport from our hotel to the port the next day with him). He was sent and acknowledged the flight information. We tried to reach him from baggage claim, but no answer. We went outside and looked for a sign with our name. Nothing.
After trying several times to call him, he texted that we should take a cab.
He texted " running real late off of a city tour."
What??? Couldn't he have texted or called us so that we could have made other arrangements??
Do not use this unreliable man for transport!!!

Best shuttle service in New Orleans

There were 4 of us traveling to N.O. for a cruise. I had planned everything for our trip but forgot to get a shuttle service until 2 days before our departure. I used Trip Advisor to find one and came upon the reviews for Kerry’s New Orleans Transportation Service and decided to call. I am so happy I did. Kerry was wonderful!!! He was so polite and helpful. We needed a shuttle from the airport to a hotel, the next morning we needed to be picked up at the hotel and taken to the Port of New Orleans and then the same thing when we returned from the cruise. He assured me he would personally pick us up at the airport and even though our flight was almost an hour late he was there waiting for us. He loaded our luggage and we were on our way. He wanted to know if we needed to go anywhere else or did we want to do any sightseeing because he would customize a special trip for us. Unfortunately since we were leaving the next day sightseeing was out but we will definitely keep his information for the next time. Mr. Kerry was prompt and so helpful for each leg of our trip!! Please if you need a great shuttle service use his company you will not be disappointed!!! He even texted to see if we got home safely!!

BEST TOUR EVER!!!!

Kerry, was the best guide we have ever had on our many, many trips to other states and our first trip to NO. With 5 couples searching for for a day of history, fun and good eats, I must say Kerry fulfilled all those request. His tour was off the standard tour route which gave us a true inside look at NO. If we ever visit again he will be our second call after we book out flight. :)

Friendly and knowledgeable

Kerry drove our family to the airport. It would have been nicer to meet him earlier on our stay as he would have made a great city guide. His love of the city and knowledge of New Orleans is evident. He'd definitely be a fun city guide and we appreciated him sharing his own experiences in New Olreans and those of other Katrina survivors. The city's resilience adds to its many wonderful qualities. Thanks Kerry!

Early morning airport trip

Kerry took 7 of us to the airport for an early flight. He was prompt, helpful, friendly and truly a nice man. He made the 20 minute ride fun! Highly recommend him for any transportation needs when in town!

Great taxi service, large 15 passenger van great for groups

Kerry was great, friendly, prompt, and safe. We had a harrowing taxi ride from the random driver you get when you wait at the airport prompt. So if a weaving close call 70+mph ride is your style take the chance; if you want a pleasant ride with a polite, experienced, friendly driver then give Kerry a call. He drives a large 15 passenger van that can easily fit most groups but you have to contact him ahead of time to arrange transportation since he is the owner/operator. Rates are set by the taxi/limo service with flat rates to/from the airport
