We have been coming to the Overture Center for years for plays, concerts etc. A gorgeous venue that is always a delight to visit. First quality entertainment - we are so fortunate to have them in a city the size of Madison. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to the Overture Center for many years. I've seen so many Broadway shows and concerts here, it's hard to remember what it was like without it. Most shows are affordable in price, and the venue is very enjoyable. Would highly recommend coming to see a show here if you are in the area.

I know I am preaching to the choir here, but what better place to find a choir! A little behind on my Broadway shows, I finally attended a performance of "Jersey Boys," which was met with a packed house. The Overture Center is one of the most impressive theater/performance venues I've ever seen. From the time you enter the four... More

By all rights a city the size of Madison should not have a performing center of this quality. It is a facility that would be more indicative of Chicago or St. Louis as far as population. It is just beautiful and the sound quality is fabulous. We go to at least a dozen performances a year here and have never... More

Overture Center is part of what makes Madison have much more to see and do than most cities its size. Lots of variety in what is offered.

Overture Hall is international caliber! Smaller theatres unique and comfortable. Wide variety of performances offered. Lovely gift shop. Small Contemporary art museum.

Just saw a performance of the Madison Symphony Orchestra at the Overture Center. The winter art fair is coming up soon, and there will be lots of other performances this winter and spring. What a wonderful place to visit in the midst of winter! Check out the website.

Just saw Joan Baez in the Capitol Theater. Wonderful, great environment, perfect acoustics, and the woman can still sing it like she's 25 !! The negative? Only that the majority of the crowd seemed to think they were attending the performance of a string quartet! Come on people, this woman is an icon! An aging politically liberal activist and great... Beautiful venue, the balcony is a little nauseating, it feels like I'm tipping forward, but I love that no matter where you sit - even in the highest tier - you can still see perfectly fine! Really enjoy going here.

Took in a performance by the band "Chicago" and have been singing ever since~ Such a great venue to enjoy great music! The sound was great and we were able to see each of the members perform. Our seats were not on the main floor which may have added to the experience. The wine is quite expensive for the pour... More
