This is a wonderful place to watch a play or attend a concert. All genres of the performing arts are offered throughout the year. All are top notch. My concern is those seated in the center of a row would have a difficulty exiting if there was an emergency. Purchase a ticket near an aisle.

We are subscribers to the Broadway series which comprise 5-6 shows a season. The Overture does a great job of giving us great entertainment in a wonderful setting. We saw 'Kinky Boots' last week, which was fantastic. We are so grateful to have this opportunity to see great shows at a much more reasonable price than offered at Chicago or... More

Yesterday, I attended the Overture Center to see an evening performance. My group of ten ladies had a great experience. The theatre was easy to find, parking was close by, great restaurants nearby, the facility is beautiful. If I were to make a recommendation, the seats were uncomfortable. The backs of the seats were reclining too much. Hard to sit... More

I was there for the Chris Cornell solo acoustic show and paid $150 for my ticket. People were frequently coming and going throughout the ENTIRE show which was very, very distracting to those of us trying to enjoy it and disrespectful to the artist. Numerous times throughout the performance my view was blocked from people having to stand up in... More

Gypsy was amazingly entertaining. Capitol City Theatre at Overture is coming into its own. We have truly enjoyed Violet last year and Gypsy this year. Keep up the great work. Be on the look out for more amazing shows.

First time at Overture. Very nice, but can't compare to the Weidner in Green Bay. Acoustics: was that air conditioning we could hear? No center aisle. Being on the end we had to let others in a half dozen times. Ushers were helpful. Very crowded in lobby.

I was totally surprised by this theatre, we saw the Lion King, and it was absolutely amazing. Our seats were perfect, to witness this production.

Shows at the Overture Center can get pricey, but they are definitely worth it. We go back time and time because they always have a good lineup of shows and they're really well done. It's good for the family, date night or really any type of outing.
