My husband & I visited the Quapaw twice over New Year's weekend. Our first visit was for spa services. My husband thoroughly enjoyed a hot stone massage while I took advantage of a 3 service package (facial, swedish massage & foot scrub). The staff is...More

Not expensive, in the hot tubs for about an hour. Very relaxing, on the main drag. Women had to wait a long time, just like they wait for the potty. Nice touristy town, easy to find a BNB.

I've never been to an old-school spa, and when I had the opportunity, I tried Quapaw. What a wonderful experience! The staff is congenial and solicitous of your comfort. The steam cave leaves you feeling so relaxed. After that, I had an excellent massage, but...More

I'm a sap for history, so I eschewed all the new, modern experiences in Hot Springs for one of the two Bathhouse Row businesses operating. Unlike Buckstaff, Quapaw was shut down for a time and reopened in 2008. The new company operating Quapaw took time...More

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The bath was wonderful and soothing. I also had a Swedish massage and foot scrub. I left this place feeling so good. They provided the robe and shoes to wear while there.

Couples weekend away. Husband and I hiked 20 miles and our legs were ready for some relaxation! Went to Quapaw and made reservation for a couples private 20 minute bath. Cost is $45. An added bath salt costs $5. We chose the muscle relaxer salt-there...More

This is a modern take on the traditional bath house experience. Go early and plan nothing but chillin out. they allow ample time to undress and redress in your robe and sandals they provide. I had the private bath in a whirlpool tub for 20...More

The manfriend and I go here every chance we get. We're perfectly willing to drive two hours just to go to the Quapaw! If you have tense shoulders and back problems like me, the pools are definitely something you want to check out. There are...More

Solid couple of hours here. We did the couples hot tub and the underground steam cave. We loved the history of the place but it’s also clear that Quapaw strives to provide a more modern spa type experience - at least until you get to...More

I don’t believe you can get in the water, there were warning signs up about pregnancy, high blood pressure, etc.. If I were you I would call them to make sure
