I think we had just missed the fall foliage, but there was still beauty everywhere. The Christmas decorations were up and in one area there was Christmas music playing.

We had no idea what this was. It was so much better than we imagined. My kids played in this beautiful place for 2 hours. The church was so beautiful - really wanted to see inside but it was locked bc of covid. So glad we found this place.

Wow! This place is gorgeous. It’s also a plus that it’s dog friendly! Lots of easy trails for all fitness levels. Definitely worth the price of admission!

This is a beautiful place and we enjoyed it very much. We went in mid November so there wasn't a lot of color, but we hope to go back next spring. Some tips if you use a power chair with an E-Z lock pin on the bottom of it. There is a stretch of path near Sensory Garden that has larger rocks than the packed gravel. The pin will scrape and hang up on some of these rocks. You are supposed to exit the garden thru the building where the gift shop is. The doors have to be opened for you and the pin scrapes and hangs up on the old wooden door sills. Where the big planters are at the entrance/exit there is a lip that sticks up where the concrete joins. It is ok when you enter, but when you exit your E-Z lock pin will hang up on this lip. It is still worth the trip, but just so you know there are some hang ups.

We visited in the fall, and wasn’t sure if there would be much to see, but the gardens are beautiful and so relaxing to walk around. We took our dog ($5 extra) and had a great time exploring the trails. Many azaleas and camellias still had some blooms-in the spring this must be an amazing place.
