We visit this garden typically once a year but usually in the summer time frame. This year we made a stop during a spring break excursion. We were blown away by all the flowers in bloom! We wandered the gardens for an afternoon. Unfortunately one of our favorite features was closed - the chapel. But we were able to admire... More

The tulips were in bloom and it made the walk around totally worth it! If it hadn't been for the tulips though I wouldn't have liked it near as much, like walking on a pretty paved nature trail.

I went to these Gardens with my family and we really enjoyed it. The flowers are in bloom and the paths are easy to follow. There are some beautiful waterfalls to see. We ended up staying for a few hours walking around and enjoying being outside. There are several areas to see such as the koi pond and the fairy... More

You need at least two hours to do the Gardens justice. The paths are wide no paved. The Gardens re remarkable. The tulips were past prime bloom and they were still stunning. You could spend a day there and perhaps not see it all.

I've previously reviewed Garvan Woodland Gardens, but hadn't been there to see the Spring tulips. The rating is still "5". I'm posting some photos. Don't miss it!

While it was a bit cold when we arrived, the gardens were beginning to spring to life! We ate lunch at the Chipmunk Cafe, and it was fresh and delicious. I had the chicken sandwich with raspberry chipotle sauce, while hubby had the corned beef cheesesteak. The tulips were blooming beautifully (the most I've ever seen!), and the azaleas in... More

This is our 2nd time to visit Hot Springs but our 1st visit for Garvan. This is fun, family friendly activity for half a day. We enjoyed the hike thru the gardens, koi pond, fairy garden, children's garden and St. Anthony chapel.
