Everything is so interactive here. I think I can speak for many when I say you'll have as much fun as your kids!

If you or your children/friends/family enjoy Science Museums, especially with plenty of hands-on activities than this is a place worth spending a day at. Our kids ages 4-17 all had a blast and time flew by.

Allow at least an hour for this place. So much for the children to do and very reasonable. Gift shop is a little small only negative. Oh the Dinosaurs are really cool!

This is one of my grand-kids' favorite places. The exhibits are both interactive, and therefore entertaining, and educational. You learn by doing things, rather than by being 'instructed.' It's a large place with a wide variety of experiences. Plan to take at least three hours...More

I was traveling with a 7 and 11 year old and I had just as much fun with the interactive exhibits as they did! We were there for three hours, but could have easily spent even more time there. It was a blast!!!

Our family visited over Spring Break with our 12 year old son. I was concerned that the exhibits might be a little young for him, but he enjoyed it. I would say that 12 and under would be best. There were a variety of exhibits...More

Kids naturally gravitate to the big water experiment station and will get wet!! The floor surrounding it is wet. Exhibits are AWESOME! Plenty of outdoor play space, picnic area, rope bridges, and a dinosaur trek. Wonderful way to spend time with the family!

Hi Christina! Mid-America Science Museum is really geared toward all ages. Children and adults enjoy the more than 100 hands-on science exhibits, plus the all-new Oaklawn Foundation DinoTrek.
