About
Floating in a super-saturated solution of Epsom salt and water frees you from the sensation of gravity, temperature, touch, sight and sound will conserve and redirect vast amounts of physical and mental energy. I cannot stress enough this is the place to go. Very professional, terribly relaxing, cleanness is important and it definitely had that, staff was amazing. DO NOT MISS THIS EXPERIENCE! Off the touristy side of Central Ave but worth the few extra minutes for a remarkable experience!

This was better than they described over the phone. It was the most relaxed I've been in a long time. I'll go back. They honor Groupon rates without buying a Groupon. They have 2 Float Pods.

I've floated several times and every time I get something new from the experience. It's a wonderful way to meditate, relax, rejuvenate and heal your aches/pains.

From other reviewers I knew I needed to try the Float Spa. Making the reservation was easier calling vs. online. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Floating for an hour sounds fun, right??? I soak tired feet in epsom salt so floating in it for a whole hour has to be good for you.
The staff will answer any questions, you’ll shower before and after. They also have hair dryers, etc.
I enjoyed the session, will visit again. If you’re visiting Hot Springs and in a Spa frame of mind give it a try.

Very interesting! The place was very clean and the people were very professional. Not sure if the float thing is for me, but it is something I would try again! It was very relaxing, but a bit confining. I really enjoyed it and I was a bit like jello (from being so relaxed) once I was done.

What does one wear when doing a float session?
Written March 28, 2019
Hello!! We recommend in the nude, but if you feel comfortable in a swim suit, you are more then welcome too. You would not need anything besides a comb or brush to bring. Our rooms are private and the showers are built next to the pod. If you have any questions or concerns, let us know. Thanks so much!!

Can I get out of the pod anytime I want? Am I trapped in the pod. Why do I need to bring a comb with me? Also FYI - can't find the prices on the website.
Written March 27, 2017
Yes, you can get out of the pod at any time. You are not locked in the pod. The lid opens and closes. You have to shower before and after floating, so bringing a brush or comb for your hair is all you need. We provide everything else. For first time floaters, we offer an intro package... $40 first float or first 3 floats for $100. Check out website under FLOAT tab.
Thanks
