This is an inspiring place. But while construction takes place it can be found at 856/32/1 on the same street then down the lane.

Have visited several times during our stays in Quy Nhon

We have visited several times over the past several visits Quy Nhon and have always been greeted warmly! We have been fortunate to be able to see a performance of the very talented musicians. If they are not performing during your visit, please enjoy a coffee and a chance to select something to purchase- they have many local handicrafts in their shop

Beautiful place, lovely - and very affordable - handcrafts, very nice staff and tasty food with vegan options. Unfortunately they were not playing music when we came there but still loved the place.

Amazing Cafe with lovely people
Jan 2019 • Solo
This is both a cafe and a shop managed by people with disabilities.
The place teaches the people to make handcrafts and music and allows them to become independent.
A MUST VISIT when coming to Quy Nhon

Having read about the centre on trip advisor we thought we'd call in for a visit and were not disappointed. We were treated to a private concert from some very talented musicians and had one of the best coffees in town! Thank you for the amazing work you do here.

My 13yr old daughter & I visited Nguyen Nga centre with a 15yr old Quy Nhon local who had become a friend. It was her first visit there also & she enjoyed it as much as we did.
The centre is warm, inviting & the longer you stay, the richer the experience becomes. The special needs youngsters who staff the cafe are not pushy or racing forwards to serve & to show you around, so be patient & wander through to the little shop where there are souvenirs for sale. Gradually, the young women (who were deaf & mute) approached with a placard explaining that they were deaf & would we like to order a drink. Soon after Nguyen Nga approached, asking if we would like to see their band perform & we happily said we would. The band of 6 musicians were all challenged in some way (wheelchair bound, blind etc), yet the music they produced belied any disability. On the contrary, the music was simply divine & performed seamlessly with a humble expressivity that couldn’t help but warm any heart.
Our cool drinks were perfect & the enthusiastic attention we received during our visit was a real treat. As mentioned in previous reviews, we learnt a little signing, were gifted with a hand made woven bracelet & left a donation for this very worthy charity.
There is a beautiful restaurant across the road, which is decorated in charming, old fashioned Vietnamese style. This could be worth a visit also. We tried their ‘fern’ cake which was savoiry rather than sweet & different to anything we had tried before.
