It seemed ok. Tour guide on auto pilot - but nice. Expensive shop. Ambience minimal. We didn't really know what to expect. Glad we went along I guess. Something to do but don't expect much. I did learnt what BOPF means on my leaf tea...More

The factory is small which is fine but the tour wasn't that informative. We got a rushed overview of how the tea was actually made which was interesting enough but tour guide was uninterested. We skipped a tour in the Amba tea factory because Labookellie...More

Excellent informative tour that gave enough information but not too much. Followed by tea and chocolate cake! The gift shop is lovely but the tea is not cheap - priced the same or more than a decent brand at home. But still worth a stop.

Lovely short tour took less than 30 minutes and we learned so much about how they make tea in that time. Chocolate cake is delicious in the cafe afterwards!

Short and briefly informative guided tour followd by free cup of tea and paid cake (cheap) . Dont expect elaborate tour... and no pressure to buy tea or not ...friedly crew and supervisors which let us walk around the fields and take photos

The guide was excellent showing us the difference between the types of tea picked and the manufacturing process. Tea tasting afterwards and we bought some to take home.
