Visited the beautiful Hanuman Temple which is run by Chinmaya mission. The grounds and temple are very well maintained. The evening aarti and chanting of Hanuman Challis were very powerful. Delicious vegetarian thali at the restaurant below.

Amazing placentre built on top of a hill by Chinmaya mission. The temple has a 16 feet tall statue of Hanuman or the monkey God. The temple has about 50 steps to be climbed. The rickshaws need to be bargained with a charge of LKR150 is asked for a distance of about 1 km.

What a historical temple! We visited this temple on our way to Nuwara Eliya. The temple was very nice and located in a very good area with surrounding tea plantations. A must visited place by Indians.

This is one of the places one must not miss. Its very beautiful peaceful and holy place. One can see the natural formation of the image of sleeping lord Hanumanji exactly on the hills facing the Temple. There is a school in the vicinity and on sundays , one can hear the kids singing.
