This is a humourous and unusual little monument in Karaganda. It includes a sign stating that it's in the city, Karaganda, and indicating the directions of Moscow and Astana, with a traveller looking around and another man talking, while a squirrel leans on the signpost. The name says "Where, where? In Karaganda!" It seems to be a bit of humour about the city, with reference to the two big, more famous and flashy capitals of Russia and Kazakhstan. It is located in front of the Traktir Tri Medvedya restaurant, which is also a good place to eat.

A nice little example of a city poking fun of itself. You can find it in the yard of the Three bears restaurant, snap a photo and then go back to what you were doing. Very close to the My Tblisi restaurant, if it helps.

This monument is something along the lines of "where is Karaganda?" (If I remember rightly) Anyway it happened to be in the corner garden of a restaurant we ate at so it was found totally randomly.

The monument located outside a Russian restaurant in an isba is a nice way to get introduced to local culture and language .
