This onsen is pretty huge. They have both outdoor and indoor tubs, and which the indoor tubs has electric and jacuzzi options.
After the onsen, hairdryer (free or 30yen for 3 mins Dyson hair dryer) face moisturiser, body lotion, weighing scale, lockers, cotton buds, shampoo, body bath & facial foam all readily available.
It is 520yen for an adult with a rental of 1 large and 1 small towel.

There are a large two bathtubs outside.
We can watch TV there, and the bathtubs are surrounded by big trees.
If there isn't a lot of customers, we can feel comfortable.
There are body soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, and we can use hair dryer free.

Daytime is quite busy wth locals, Outdoor hotspring is also excellent, you can lie down and relax if you are lucky.
I'd recommend to try vinegar drinks after onsen, its quite refreshing and good for health, too.

I was disappointed with the #2 things to do and not so sure this #3 review will be good enough.

But then give a go.

It was a very interesting place. With 2 outdoor pools, one with jacuzzi and 4 indoor pools from very hot to very cold, also sauna and steam room.

I found the most interesting pool was the one with electric pulse. It was very unusual and for sure not everyone's cup of tea.

The onsen is very clean and well maintain and surprisingly, it only costs 440 yen for adult.

Don't worry if you have tattoo, just ask the front counter and borrow the arm or leg tattoo cover.

Highly recommend to have a try!!

As we passed this area towards Kushiro, we decided to give this highly rated onsen a try.

We were pleasntly surprised when we noticed that the entry was 440 Yen.

Plus there were many types of pools with sauna and steam rooms.

The must-try pool is the one called Pulse bath. It sends off a gentle electric pulse in the warm water. Soothing for the tired body.

Delightful, though modernized and usually very crowded, hot spring baths in a historic area of Obihiro. Recommended.
