A park usually is a place public done their physical exercise. On Sunday this park turn into a Sunday Market where you can find variety of foods and stuff within it's surrounding. It will be a nice place to walk around instead of being physical.

The park is situated in a strategic place. It has many trees. In the midlle of the park, there is a pound.
The park has also a jogging track. Some small restaurants are also around here.

This place is one of the icon in palembang. Palembang people love to spent their time here for jogging or just to spent the time. This is artificial lake with a lot of tree and bench under the tree.. There's also a few sport gym there.
Near the lake.. There's many restaurants like serabi bandung.. Bubur ayam (chicken porridge) also a cafe... so if you get tired of jogging you can unwind there.
In sunday morning.. This is the place where all palembang people get together. There's 'pasar kaget' there.. They sell a lot of things.. Food, clothes etc..

In week day nothing special in this park. It’s just an ordinary lake-park in city centre. But will be special on Sunday. Car free day area but believe me, it’s not easy to walk around. The area more looks like street market. Just name what you need: clothes, food, toys, household, accessories, herbal bodycare.....they sell everything that can be sell. hard to be just window shoper, everything is temptation for hungry eyes.
But if you are strong enough to control your shopping passion, you also might have aerobic which held by health province ministry.
Activity start at 6am - 12 am. Have some fun...enjoy your time

Traffic in Pelambang is a real menace. This park is one of the few places to escape it, with a decent size lake in the middle. Nice place if you’re already in the area but probably not worth going out of your way to visit.

It is a park with a pool in the center. This park is suitable for jogging in the morning or being relax after work. We can get fresh air here. Sometimes there is food stall.

Actually this place deserves a bigger review point. This place is well known as jogging track in the morning, and community centre in the afternoon. There were a lot of faccilites such a fountain water station (tap water) and community area with kids playground. But well unfortunately ,there is no maintenance to keep those faccilities keep running. The fountain water station seems too creepy to drink from and the kids playground has many rustic part.

For sport..For pleasure .. one of greenery at Palembang.. nice for take a rest while busy time..Just try to go there and enjoy your time.. there is many culinary place around Kambang Iwak

This actually jogging park, but since some road was close occupied by this park so they also have aerobic spot (sat-sun) only morning and evening.
But if you prefer more quiet don't come in sunday, many seller with their stuff as food, t-shirt, shoes. Etc
Worst case it looks like street market than a jogging park.
There is a place pond in the centre or the park with muddy water.
