Beautiful coastline of multiple temples. Before you get to the pathway along the ocean where the temples are located, you can have your taxi or Grab driver drop you off outside the gate. If the driver drops you off inside, you’ll have to pay the car entry fee. Before walking towards the coastline, you’ll walk through a shopping area where there are bathrooms, restaurants, cafés, and local craft merchants. I’ve been told most people go and watch the sunset here. We went in the middle of the day and the view of the coastline is breathtaking as well as viewing the ancient temples. If my memory is correct, you can only enter one of the temples if you have appropriate clothing. It was difficult to confirm a Grab driver for a pick-up so I highly recommend if you can’t find one, the taxi stand in the main parking lot has set pricing based on the district you’re traveling to.

Batu Bolong Temple is a temple adjacent to Tanah Lot Temple. It has a unique story that makes tourists curious. This is a natural occurrence, not man-made. And it has a beautiful and cool sunset view. Many people like to come here to take selfies or for a vacation to enjoy the atmosphere

this temple just beside the famous tanah lot temple,so if you visit tanah lot,can visit here also.it is not a big temple, but the seaview is stunning, worth a visit.the temple is bulit on a rocky promontory.the rock is hollowed, that's why its local name is pura batu bolong, which means temple of the hollow rock.the sunset is famous too,but that time i visited cant see the sunset.there are some vendors outside the temple, selling arts stuffs.you can have a look.i bought two wooden boxes ,not cheap, have to bargain with the vendor.there is a restaurant not far away, you can have your dinner and watch the sea or the sunset here.

Hindu temple, where the entrance is 50000.- rupiahs as a donation. Many local people sit in the temple for a chat or to pray.
Children also receive music lessons. Nice to see. The temple is made of black stone.

We have visited Tanah Lot on numerous occasions and wanted a different perspective. Gede Asta brought us to this site. It's beautifully breathtaking. The sunset was awesome.
No words to describe except please do come, chill and enjoy the view!
There's throngs of people getting their selfies, some with tripods in search of a NatGeo shot and lots more. Over at Tanah Lot there's an even bigger crowd.
Our Canadian friends were mesmerized by it all!
My suggestion is to find a place...sit down and enjoy the sunset!
Highly Recommended!

This temple is part of many built along the coastline. It is very close to the more famous Tanah Lot, even though I believe this one is better and makes for better pictures.
Definitely worth a visit

When we visited the Pura Tanah Lot, we came to Pura Batu Bolong first. Both are made in a similar style, i.e., on a rock jutting into the ocean. The Batu Bolong Temple is connected to the mainland, however, by a narrow overpass.
The Temple is viewed against a backdrop of the Indian Ocean. This setting makes it exquisite.
Do note that there are 3 Pura Batu Bolong in Bali. Be sure to land up at the correct one.
