Overview
More
Reef Seen Divers Resort was the first established dive operator in Pemuteran, and has always been very active in marine conservation since it's start in 1991. Offering guided dives and PADI courses from absolute beginner upwards in a friendly and professional atmosphere from the beach-front centre. There is excellent diving and snorkelling all year round on the reefs in Pemuteran Bay, at nearby Menjangan Island plus the famous muck dive sites at Secret Bay for critters. With PADI Green Star Award status, Reef Seen works with the Reef Gardeners and is home of the Turtle Hatchery protecting and releasing wild sea-turtles. Also offers attractive beach-side divers' accommodation. All our rates for both diving and accommodation can be found on our website.

The Hatchery is a modest setup physically, doing a monumental job to improve the survival rates of turtles hatching in the local area. It's the brainchild of Chris Brown, who runs the Dive Centre. It's become a community education project. Locals are paid to let...More

There's a lot to love about this place, especially the turtle hatchery and the reef development initiatives (and nice helpful team). I did two dives on Menjangang Island, which were OK, no more no less. (Rating relates to the diving)More

Hi Hermelinen, Thanks for your response about the hatchery, our other initiatives, and our team here. I kind of feel the same way about Menjangan Island, it is getting harder and harder to find good spots there, although we always try to find the best...More

We did not find the staff very friendly, service-oriented or welcoming. We noticed during our travels that this is the most important element of our experience. For this reason we were very much disappointment during the multiple occassions that we came across Reef Seen’s staff....More

Excellent conservation work !! The Reef Seen Turtle Hatchery tries to put a stop to the worthless slaughtering of sea turtles - keep up the good work !

We loved the fact that we could hold the baby turtles and release them in the sea. Also the certificate was a great memory to have. We’re so in love with Pemuteran!! we really like to come back with our kids and release more turtles.

We stayed at Reef Seen for three nights and dived with them for three days. Accommodation: our room was lovely, good size, loved the outdoor bathroom, very short 'commute' to dive each day. Delicious breakfast. Lunch available but not dinner, but Amanda gives great recommendations...More
