What I love so very much about this place is that it is incredibly personal, meaning that all the exhibits are derived from diaries and real accounts that really touch you. However, I like that you can actually walk into some of the life sized exhibits and feel like you are really there, like the Blacksmith shop. Great for families... More

We weren't sure about the center when we first arrived. It's situated in a converted mill with an add-on in front for the theater and gift shop, and the courtyard in front is in need of repair and painting. But once inside, we were impressed by the displays and information about the culture at the time the Lewis & Clark... More
