Fed up with crowd, peddlers in Seminyak/Legian? Just want a plot of white sand to lie down and enjoy the sun? Want to enjoy a swim/ walk in peace and quiet? Just bring along beach tower, beach wear, sunblock, sunglasses; walk away from Seminyak to Petitenget beach - a long stretch with no bars, no dive shop, no quiet almost no people. It was so quiet, feel like I have the whole beach to myself. Some reviewed it was dirty but it was really clean when i came. As there're few people around, just be more careful when swimming, only swim where it is marked safe by the flags.

There are many beaches to choose from in this area but we liked this one the best. We must have as it was a very long walk from our accommodation in the hot sun and carrying lots of stuff!

The beach can get a little dirty at times but you do see people cleaning it up and it’s only tends to be when the sea has been very rough. Other than that, it is a wide expanse of white sand which makes for excellent beach walks or sunbathing.

Sun loungers are available to hire and, along with the upscale hotels, there are lots of little restaurants on its edge to have a nice lunch and to be able to relax.

The sea can get very rough so make sure to swim in the designated areas. There isn’t always a lifeguard on duty.

There were some beautiful sunsets we enjoyed here. The actual beach has lots of washed up plastic on it but a walk along it is pleasant. Come about 6-7pm find a spot to sit and enjoy the sunset.

One of the most clean and beautiful beach in Bali. I came with my family and we spent a lot of time here while playing sands and also we bought foods from the small seller there. Nice sunset, will def go back here again.

This is a nice quiet beach to drop by and check out if you are staying in the hub area of Seminyak. It’s quite vast and provides a nice option if you are looking to get your beach and sea fill.

tan/grey sand beach with AMAZING sunsets. 100% the place to watch them. beach is very over crowded in areas, everyone playing in water or watching the sunsets. there was a large swing to take those “insta” pictures but it always seemed to be broken. nice for a beach walk but i wouldn’t go there to hang out for the day. most of the beach was clean when we walked down it but still lots more trash than i would have liked to have seen

We turned up to check out this beach.
We took one look and found it be dirty and not very pretty. No one was on the beach

We turned straight around and drove to the next beach.

Not worth a visit, there are much nicer beaches in the area

Petitenget beach, is a great beach for a relax day or for a beach walk., it’s less busy than Kuta or Seminyak beach. This year the beach is much cleaner than all the years before.

Waa excited to see Petitenget Beach as this was the first beach in Bali that I was about to visit. Upon reaching, several stray dogs greeted us. Scary was an understatement. The beach was far from being beautiful, very crowded, and full of not so pleasant crowd. After 10 mins, we decided to leave and just go back to the hotel. Finding a taxi was a nightmare as drivers attempted to overcharge. Not recommended. A total waste of time.
