I heard this place is at the one and only catholic village in Bali island, and when i come there on Christmas, What a beautiful place people are very friendly and polite like mostly Indonesian people I wish i can stay there longer probably like for 1 night, but because there is no hotel/homestay (you have to drive 15mnts from this place to reach the nearest hotel) . Maybe next time there will be a hotel/homestay nearby this place

This church combines in harmony Balinese and western styles in architecture. Designed by Ida Bagus Tugus (a foremost Balinese architect) and Brother De Vrieze, the church maintain the three courtyard divisions and Balinese bas reliefs and carving decorations but with curved concrete and curved wooden window frames with mozaic colors as in Western churches. The nearby Virgin Mary cave and Via Dolorosa are popular pilgrimage places for Catholics in Indonesia.
