Great dive center. We are both diving instructors and only really wanted to rent tanks for a bit of muck diving outside our resort.
We met one of there staff who's knowledge told me to get a dive with these guys. We booked for the next day, it's very cheap diving but exceptionall diving the coral is so vibrant and alive and their staff are local and so knowledgeable.
Really was a gift to dive with these guys. Highly recommend BINTANG DIVERS (Don't be fooled by the name very professional and very very good divers)

We had a great time with our guide Brata who is very experienced in finding interesting things. I have always wanted to see a pikachu nudibranch and Brata find two pikachu at the first dive. I was beyond excited. He is also very professional and knowledgeable about the areas. I will definitely visit amed again and have fun dives with bintang divers again. BTW, their mie goreng was the best I have tried in Bali.

We did one day diving with my friend who tried diving for the first time and I was joining for fun dives. From the moment we entered the dive centre we were welcomed professionally and got all information needed to feel like we wanted to dive with them. Brata our instructor and guide was just a blast, professional, funny and incredible spotters for small stuff. So many nudi of all sizes, colours and shape. The day was smooth, equipment in great condition, lunch at their dive centre is super tasty.
I would highly recommend Bintang Divers for both beginners and experienced divers. Will definitely come back to explore more dive sites in Amed with these guys. Thank you so much to all the team.

I had a wonderful moment diving with bintang divers. They are always smiling, taking the time for you if you are a little bit anxious. They have a large choice of diving spots and it depends on your level. Wherever you'll dive, they will show you a great diversity of fish, shrimps, etc.
You can trust them.

We stayed about 10 steps away from Bintang divers (Classic beach villas) and decided to give this dive shop a try. We qere pleasantly surprised by the level of service and passion these guys have for macro diving! Brata was eager to share his experience and photographs with us! He also helped us with our equipment along the way, as well as tips on diving better! A true gem in Amed, will definitely return!

We did our first dive in Amed and it was just so so great ! We had a beautiful day with Robin.
He just took lots of time to explain everything to us, take care of us and did his best to relax each other;) all the staff are really friendly, relax. For sure you gonna have a beautiful day with them ! It was just so so beautiful, can't wait to do the open water with them !!!! The French girls

Wherever we dive the first thing we look for is new, well maintained equipment and dive instructors with expertise. We found both. So we went for 3 dives at different sites. All the dives were spectacular. Brata and Melissa both were very skilled and friendly dive masters.
All the other staff at the dive-base was very helpful.They even served a light lunch between the dives.
Melissa gave a first diving-instruction (pool) to our 11-year old son when we were out diving.

Bintang Divers is a locally owned and very professional dive center.
The staff is super helpful and experienced and one of the very few ones asking for your divers license. The equipment is new and in very good condition.
Allthough we booked fun dives, we received helpful advises about our diving.
Amed is nice and relaxing location for good diving. We visited the wreck in Tulamben in the early morning and it is so worth seeing. Thanks to Bintang Divers for this special day! :)

For your safety, it is mandatory for us to ask to see your diving license before taking you underwater.
Diving is fun and safe but can be dangerous if you're not properly trained. That is why we attach a lot of importance at following safety standards.
Providing an equipment in good condition is also part of our professional ethic.
Moreover, although it was fun dives, our instructors and divemasters always try to give useful tips and advises about how to improve your diving. This is part of our philosophy and we're very happy that you liked it.
We hope to see you again in our waters !

I spent 3 days diving with Bintang Divers back in August, and loved it! Brata was awesome, a great dive master pointing out lots of macro things and so much fun to dive with. A nice small dive centre, with just 4 divers on 2 of the days, and 2 of us on the third...so much nicer than some of the larger dive centres I have dived with, especially as we were asked what it was we were interested in seeing rather than just being told which dive site we would be going to.
I was back in Amed a month after I was first there, and there was no question that I would go back to Bintang to do some more diving! Would recommend them to anyone, and if I am ever back in Amed again, Bintang Divers and Brata will be my only choice!
