We offer PADI dive courses from Open Water to Instructor in English, French, German, Dutch and Indonesian, as well as daily dive trips and safaris to the best sites in Bali. We had the best day today. Laurent ( I hope I spelt that right)! was our dive instructor, he was kind and patient with me giving me all the assistance I needed. We started off with an information session then a 1 hour shore dive to get the hang of things. My partner just needed a refresher but I definitely am more novice with only now 4 dives under my belt. Our instructor then took us to the US AT Liberty shipwreck and it was incredible! He made certain we were safe at all times giving very clear instructions. He took us around and through the wreck, there was so much to see. It was a beautiful day. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories.

Highly recommend. Can just confirm all the good things already mentioned by other customers. We had the best experience with them! And we've been thru quite some dive centers before. It all started with our first contact with John, very nice, quick answers, detailed information. All the staff in the center are very nice, caring and helpful, they really make you feel welcomed and safe. And the best of all, our dive master Made. Best dive master ever, very careful, patience, helpful and caring. We can't thank you enough Made for taking such good care of us (well, me ☺️) and making this an unforgettable experience. Thanks to all the staff in Ecodive!

Such a great place, definitely the right choice in Amed. The staff at Ecodive so friendly, professional, experienced, and cost very reasonable. I had gotten my Open Water Certificate last year in Ko Tao, and this was the perfect followup for review and to see many amazing things. The water SO clear, and so accessible to simply walk in! At Tulambin the Wall and the Wreck just amazing - saw SO many animals and sights. Really a level above Ko Tao, and I think John and his staff were the ones to make it special.

Thank you very much for this very detailed and kind review. Bali is not renown for diving but is really world-class, especially in the dry season (June to Dec.) when the water is crystal clear. We are also very privileged to have such an amazing wreck nearby. Glad you had a great time and wish you many more happy dives!

Another great dive with Dive Master Ketut. In the past 2 years we have been back to Amed 5 times and always use Eco dives. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend this great group of people.

I did my advanced open water @ecodive bali and i am so happy and grateful. John and his team are very welcoming. My instructor Laurent is really passionated and professional. I truly improved my understanding and skills. He is a good listener, caring, and clear which help me to grow confidence. I did more dives, all good, diverse and not avercrowded at all.

Great refresher dive in Amed (Jemeluk Wall) and two dives in Tulamben (USAT Liberty wreck & Drop Off). “Blacky” was great - professional, friendly & so calm! Made me feel very safe & comfortable.

Thank you very much for the review. It is surprising just how suitable the wreck is for a refresher, or any other dive. The wall is also excellent but a different experience entirely. Glad you enjoyed both!

Superb baptismal experience with two dives on two different places. Tom super nice, full of good tips to learn the first steps. Having already done several baptisms this one was the best. And thank you Mrs turtle for coming to see us😉

My last dive was many many years ago. I did a refresher here and went on 2 dives. One at the USAT Liberty Wreck, and one at the wall at the Drop Off. They have amazing instructors and Dive Masters. They are a friendly bunch of people.

Thank you very much for the kind words and review. Remarkably the shipwreck is an ideal site to refresh one's skills, since it is a beach dive only 30 meters from shore and between 5 - 30m deep. Glad you had a good time and hope to see you again :D

We were looking to find a dive school for me, to get my PADI open water, and for my grilfriends refresher. Ecodive popped up because it was the oldest diveschool in Amed. Near Amed is the Liberty shipwreck which we really wanted to see. It seemed like a simple choice to choose for Ecodive Bali.
My experience with them has been non other than fantastic. Their website was lacking, but the owner John, made up for it. If he was not sleeping, as soon as you contact him on email or Facebook, you'll get an immediate response. Explaining very well what they offer, and how they go about it. It all seemed very relaxed and easy. I chose to do the e-learning, which I would recommend everyone. It just makes you be able to concentrate on the fun parts instead of going home after diving and then study. I was asked to make a down payment of 100 dollars AMD then I would be granted access to the e-learning. Within moments moments I received everything I needed to start.
The Open Water and refresher courses were done well. Pedro, our dive instructor, made very sure he covered everything. He had a nice way of going about it. He explained everything in detail at the briefing. When performing in open water, he was able to show you how and make you feel at ease to then do it yourself. He was very patient and understanding and went out of his way to make it special for all the attendees.

You can't go wrong diving with Ecodive Bali. The experience is unparalleled comparing to other diving schools I've been with. Because of their professionalism I always felt safe during the dive and had a lot of fun.
After a short brief in the Dive center, we set out to the Liberty shipwreck. Here we did a dive for about an hour. It's an amazing sight with turtles, countless fish that are in and around the shipwreck.
After that dive I received some tips to improve my diving so I could have a better experience. And I did improve a lot because of it. At the time of the second dive, it started raining pretty hard, but the visibility was very good.
All in all, this is a place worth coming back to.

I am now in the planning stages for a trip to Bali in September 2019. We are PADI OW certified andcwant to dive near Amed and get our AOW certification before we move to the Nusa islands. What is the cost of AOW certification for 2 divers? We have just under 100 dives experience and are experienced drift divers (Cozumel). Thank you.

Hi, we would be very happy to teach you AOW. Courses start every day, last two days and consist of 5 dives: buoyancy, navigation, deep, wreck and night. The cost is US$325/person with PADI certification. If you would like more info, just let me know, Kind regards, John

I am planning to return to bali for some scuba diving on 23rd October and will return to Perth in the evening on the 28th October
Can you provide pickup and return form airport. I plan to stay 5 nights and hope to do 3-4 dives each daym making 4 dives daily.
How much will it cost me as a package including tanks with nitrox and weights? I will bring my own gear. Can you give a price for me, both as a single customer, and if I bring a buddy to share accomodation costs?
