Thirparappu falls is located in Kanyakumari district, near Nagercoil. Its about 18 kms from Nagercoil. The place is surrounded by lot of greenery and is very peaceful. The river upstream has many rocky outcrops and we can sit on them and enjoy a nice picnic. The falls is good for taking a nice bath. There are separate sections for men,... More

During last week of Jan 2017 we visited. Water was not there much as expected. But that little water was not so little to create fun. We had a good bath and fun. Kids enjoyed like anything. Small swimming pool also there withfloating gadgets for kids under 12years. There is some boating available it seems. They charged 100 for that... More

Must visit place in Kanyakumari Trip, When we visit there was no much water flow. Due to that there was no crowd. I enjoy the falls very much, mild water flow , enjoyed the bath for 1 hr over there. Main problem is to reach the Falls, there is no proper public transport.

The place is well maintained with good facility for bathing and changing cloths. It also has a small swimming pool with a separate entry fee which is also well maintained. There is a... More

First of all this is not a water fall, the water comes from a river above and those has been collected; if there is plenty of water in the river it would be a nice experience, if not worst than a bathroom bathing. We would find food waste coming from the "water falls ". Very poorly maiantained swimming pool is... More

Tirparappu waterfalls is a good place to have some fun. The surroundings are fairly clean, there is boating available and the falls itself is not too strong. Adults and kids alike can have a nice time.

I went in Dec the waterfalls were free. We really enjoyed our time bathing in the water fall. I did not get a chance to go boating because of lack of time. The water fall was cool and did not have the crowd of courtrallam . I would recommend this to people who are willing to get wet and I... More
