Fantastic view from this point. But climate should be clear. On clear sunny day the view is very nice and astonishing. Good place.

Good Vantage point to have view of Shyadri and nearby Dam and valley. When we visited it was full of monsoon clouds, looking awesome. Locals charge 50 to 100 per person which is 2 much better if you just drive 5 mins ahead of this point another Vantage point which is free of cost. But if you want Street food,... More

We stopped for 30 minutes there and experienced all that Lonavala had to offer. Strong winds, clouds blowing in and even a camel ride which my daughter enjoyed a lot. The place, however, lacks a place to sit and has chairs of hawkers who sell expensive Maggi and corn on cob. Some monkeys also roam around.

Good place to refresh yourself. Watch the nature, hills and greenery. Feel cool breeze here. You can enjoy maize and tea here. If you are adventrous, you can reach at the edge of the valley, but be cautious!

The view is awesome. The feeling of being in the clouds is really great. Nice place to spend away from the pollution.

Lion point is a little far from Lonavala main market but you will get the directions if you ask anybody. Just remember that it is also known as Tiger Point. It's a pleasant drive from Mumbai or Pune and the stretch towards the point is lovely. We found fog and rain all the way, which made the journey memorable. Lion... More

Nice view of the valley from the point. It become great during monsoon season due to clouds rising from valley and making surrounding view great.

Lions view point was easily the best part of my lonavala trip. The moment you reach the edge of the cliff after walking across the road, you just cannot avoid saying “wow!”. The view is majestic and panoramic. You would see small waterfalls all over the place with one waterfall pretty prominent in the view. The wind is extremely strong... More

It would be great if you visit During monsoon. Unfortunately we have visited in May 2016 but still its great to see this place. Heard that it's extremely foggy and the point is hardly visible during rainy season. Overall good point to relax and enjoy with friends and families.

Lions point is a little bit far away from lonavala town, around 12 kms, the rickshawala charged me 300 Rs to take there and 300 again to bring me back. It was so foggy there that i wasnt able to see more than 10 metres. The air was blowing so fast that i was barely able to open my eyes... More
