Water pavilion
Oct 2017 • Friends
Another structure located within the Citadel. This is a water pavilion used by Royal family to watch the water sports. There is a zenana space within the complex. Nothing much to see.

nothing much to see

Located close to the Sat Manzil, this is a water pavilion. Most of it is in ruins. Saat Manzil and Jal Manzil are part of the Citadel which was enclosed within the fortified walls during the rule of the Deccan Sultanate. You just can imagine how all of these monuments marked the grandeur of rule of the Adil Shah kings.

A structure in the water
Dec 2016 • Friends
This is more of a water pavilion located close to the zenana enclosure. It forms a part of "The Citadel complex" in Bijapur. The maintenance of the structure is very poor. Authorities need to step in to save the monument.

This is a relatively smaller structures compared to other monuments in Bijapur. It is located close to Saat Manzil and Jala Manzil. The structure served as a water pavilion. It is situated near the zenana enclosure and a tank. Maintenance of the structure is very poor.
