Decent museum
Jul 2021 • Solo
This museum is situated inside gol Gumbaz complex . This museums has a entrance charge of Rs 5 , but only those having entrance ticket of gol Gumbaz can go to this museum.

This museum is the first visible monument when we enter gol Gumbaz complex . This is a small museum having display of sculptures , photo's , carpets , weapons etc mainly from Deccan. No photography is allowed inside the museum . The museum is well kept and for very few of displays a brief description about it is written.

Can we visited if one is planning to visit gol Gumbaz.

Excellent Museum

This museum is in the same complex as Gol Gumbaz and is maintained by the Archaeological Survey of India. A visit to this museum can give one a very good idea of the history of the Adil Shahis of Bijapur as also it houses a few coins and inscriptions of th medieval period of this area. A worthwhile place to visit.

This museum is inside the Gol Gumbaz Complex and a separate ticket is required to enter it. The old stone and metal exhibits are good and worth spending the time and money.

Lot to see and understand of Adil Shahi Dynasty
Nov 2018 • Solo
Please visit f you have read about the Adil Shah's otherwise it can be quite boring. You will see here the chain cut out of a single stone in close quarters what you will/would have seen in the Ibrahim Rouza

This place is in the premises of GOL gumbaz with separate entry fee though meagre.
Has collection of coins from past era. Some stone tablet with ancient Kannada and Arabic writing . Some old arms and armours. If you are there at golgumbaz just get a peep inside
