上海蟹とは正式には、江蘇省蘇州市と昆山市に接する陽澄湖で獲れる蟹だけが、上海蟹といい、シーズンには他の場所で獲れた蟹と区別するためにタグが足に付けられます。昆山市巴城（ba cheng)は上海蟹の名産地でここで蟹の取引が行われシーズン中には、とりたての蟹を出してくれるレストランが立ち並びます。上海人は週末にわざわざ、巴城まで蟹を食べにやってくるほどです。

估计到旺季的时候是人满为患的，当然我们也选择避开这段时间。在人少的时候专程坐车前来，附近也有不少高铁站。
可能需要走到比较深的地方才适合吃大闸蟹，当地的大闸蟹也很适合运输。
风景当然也是不错的，可以找一些靠近水边的当地人家，这样可以边欣赏湖景边享受螃蟹。需注意螃蟹性凉，且吃起来比较难过，因为肉太少了。

上海の友人に連れられて陽澄湖に上海蟹を食べに行くことに。
着いたのは、陽澄湖近くの巴街。
看板が派手なお店が立ち並んでいるなと思ったら、
全て上海蟹のお店と聞いてびっくり。
こんなに一杯あるとは思いませんでした。
その中の１軒のレストランに入店。
お店に入ると、少し下の段に籠が並んでいました。
中には、上海蟹がうようよ。お店のおじさんが、
ピックアップして調理を待ちます。
レストランは、蟹以外のメニューもあるので、
いろいろ楽しめました。
出てきた上海蟹は、とっても濃厚でクリーミーな味わい。
上海から車で来た甲斐がありました。

最早听说这里感觉名字好土，觉得大闸蟹整个江南都吃得到不用特地跑去阳澄湖，直到好友怂恿我才半推半就的上了车。从上海出发80几公里到达这里，遍地可见蟹庄，有不同环境的店家可选择，烹饪的厨艺差不多，配菜就很赞，如果季节合适，大扁鱼和玉米一定要试试。螃蟹因个头不同价格不同，我去的那家从60-150一只不等，我们一人要了2个70的，超肥美！加上配菜已经出不完了，推荐大家来此一品。

蘇州から車で１時間弱ですが、陽澄湖の湖畔に上海蟹のレストランが立ち並んでいる。レストランの内部は１階がいけすと水槽でここに大量のカニがいる。サイズ毎に異なる水槽に放たれている。中国国内は宅配便で送ってもらえるとのことで、うらやましい限り。
２階のレストランでカニをいただくが、カニはメインであり、最初は色々な中華が来る。これもおいしい。そしてようやくメインの登場。オス・メス１パイずつ食べたが、オスが絶品でこれほど美味しいものは初めてたべた。連れて行ってもらわないとなかなか行き難いのが難点。
