What a great experience! We saw The Missing Picture on a lazy afternoon and it was memory we'll always hold dear. Cozy pillows, couches, chairs in a dark living room with a big screen. They have an interesting collection of Cambodian movies, but also a few modern ones in the mix. Perfect ambiance to chill, sit back and watch movies... More

They show movies for a few dollars every night, but you can also rent a private room to watch a movie of your choosing from a large selection of movie titles. Fresh handmade noodles and dumplings from Ecran Noodle and Dumpling House is also available for order while watching the movie. We tried the noodles and the boiled and fried... More

My boyfriend and I went here expecting (from the pictures) it to be a sweet little cushioned place all cosy and welcoming. There are a huge range of films which I was impressed with, and they do sweets and drinks for reasonable prices. The room we went to (a little private one) was a bit like, that friend you always... The inside of the cinema was amazing: air conditioned, had fans and the seating arrangement means you are comfy and easily able to see the screen. So many movies to choose from and ours was eye-opening and educational. Highly recommend.

After travelling for a few months my friend and I loved the idea of just chilling out and watching movies in an air conditioned space! We paid $3 for a private room, air con worked great and the huge beds/cushions was so comfy! The massive TV and surround sound system was awesome! It was so cheap and easy so we... More

Friendly and cozy place to watch a movie, for what I saw the selection of movies was good. For me the atmosphere was fine, would wish that there are more places like that in SE Asia.

Having a night off alcohol thought I'd see a movie. Asked for a private room, was given no information , ushered into the main theatre with two dodgy looking older blokes to watch some crap documentary. Stayed for a bit then left. I can see how it could be good but tonight it wasn't.

We went for one of the public screenings and paid $2.50, a steal if you ask me. A decent sized theater with comfortable big cushion lounge seats. The temperature wasn't too cold, just right. There was even a water jug where you can refill your water bottles for free. Wish we had time to try to the personal theaters.

Ecran’s cinema has comfortable wicker chairs, couches, and beds with pillows. For $2.50 you can watch one of the three movies the theater shows daily or for $3 you can buy a day pass to watch all three movies. If you’re interested in learning more about Cambodian history, Ecran screens The Killing Fields at least once a week. When I... More
