Scenic and quiet setting within botanical garden. Parking & restrooms available. They also have a children's section. Nice place to enjoy picnic/lunch.

Went there with our two toddlers on a Sunday afternoon, and there was nobody else. Beautiful place to relax and let the kiddos run and explore. They had so much fun! Very clean and well maintained too.

I am not sure. I was the only visiting and the visitor's center was not open at the time of my visit.

yes, there are both restrooms and they are handicapped accessible as well as picnic tables. My wife and I celebrated out 10th Wedding anniversary there and it was beautiful!
