Stopped in yesterday to look at a piece of silver that is part of my grandmother's old, discontinued silver pattern. The young man who helped me found the piece, had it brought out to me for inspection, and then had it beautifully polished before I purchased it. While I was waiting for it to be ready, my friend and I walked... More

A guided tour of the replacements facility is offered every hour and is a fun behind-the-scenes look at this business. The tour lasts just the right amount and information. Enjoy browsing in the museum and showroom before and after the tour. I dare you to walk away without buying something!

This is an unbelievable store with so many options for silver, china, crystal, knock knacks old and new. Looking in their warehouse makes me think what the national archives is like. Tours offered on the hour. Didn't have time to take one. Darn!

This is a surprising and wonderful stop. Great shop, bargain area, museum for china, flatware, glassware and crystal. Free tour of the facility every 30 minutes is a must!

You'll probably never see a collection of plates and an operation revolving around dinner ware like this in your life. It is a monument to one man's obsession with china. They have tours you go through and it is most impressive. They take you through all the aspects of the company and ever to the work spaces with dogs and... More

Replacements is like walking through a wonderland of extremely beautiful glassware, China, crystal, stoneware, silverware, etc. So much to look at - so much to dream about adding to your collection. Tours are available and/or you can browse on your own. There is a discount section where I found some great soup spoons and drinking glasses. NOT a good place... More

My partners mom passed a few months back and left her some china/silverware Which we brought up to this 500,000 square foot behemoth of a store. One of the coolest places to learn about chinaware, silverware, etc, they have a kind of museum there showcasing sets and patterns, great learning tool. Staff was efficient and fair. I actually helped wrap... More

The collection is always fun to see. The back room often has bargains. Take the tour is you can. It is more interesting than you might think. Nice people; great philosophy that comes through.

We've used Replacements several times as a result of clumsiness, carelessness, and allowing children into the house. All replacement items were shipped quickly and safely. The premium paid is well worth the convenience and accuracy of service. Thanks much.
