My partners mom passed a few months back and left her some china/silverware Which we brought up to this 500,000 square foot behemoth of a store. One of the coolest places to learn about chinaware, silverware, etc, they have a kind of museum there showcasing sets and patterns, great learning tool. Staff was efficient and fair. I actually helped wrap... More

The collection is always fun to see. The back room often has bargains. Take the tour is you can. It is more interesting than you might think. Nice people; great philosophy that comes through.

We've used Replacements several times as a result of clumsiness, carelessness, and allowing children into the house. All replacement items were shipped quickly and safely. The premium paid is well worth the convenience and accuracy of service. Thanks much.

Fascinating to visit a place my family has used for decades. Friendly staff, excellent service. Great back history and nice tour. Learned about the pickers who supply and how they find things not in stock to fill orders later. The storage area looks like it goes on forever. Nice displays.

Enjoyed the showroom and the tour was fun. The place is huge and we had a great time. We'll be back. My daughter is 12 and she had a good time seeing everything. Let my wife but a spoon.

Although the cereal bowls that I was interested in were $40.00 and way out of my budget for cereal bowls, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Replacements. Their showroom has many interesting displays. I did buy some crystal which was much more reasonable - sales associate was very helpful.

I've been to Replacements several times to make purchases and to take the free tour of their gigantic warehouse. You can ask the staff to pull a pattern for you in advance, or select an item in their gift shop. They basically have every pattern ever made, so if you need a few extra place settings and your pattern has... More

I've been a couple of times. Once, I sold two pieces. I enjoy looking around in there, and I find the staff to be professional, courteous, and helpful. There's a room in the back that houses bargain pieces. I'm amazed at just how much they have to look at and to purchase. The website is helpful if you're looking to... More

We came here to sell some dishes and to replace some missing silverware. The showroom has lots of stuff on display. The helpers willl call up pieces you want to look at. When bringing items to sell, they have and equally efficient staff in back to log it in and give you a sale price. We just thought the whole... More
