If you are looking to get scared, this is the place to go. Lots of fun. It was as good as the haunted houses you see at Halloween.

It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's bigger than you think. It's very well done and laid out. It made me jump many times so we sent the 9 year old first! They tell you the passage ways to the next area aren't always obvious, which is true, some are very difficult to find. Lots of fun,... More

It was freakin Awesome!!! Well worth the $13.00. It's very dark in some places where you have to feel your way through. The actors are very scary and professional. They don't touch you but they aure scare the crap out of you. A must if you like this kind of stuff.

Kids had a blast. We sat outside and waited on them. 12 and 13 year old girls. We could hear them screaming from outside. They loved it and said it was super scary. I used a groupon for this so it was a great value. The girls talked about it for an hour afterwards!

Took my husband and 8 and 11 year old boys. They were terrified but loved it lol. It was really good. There were secret passages and you had to find your way out of the rooms while people scared you along the way. It fun. We did it at night , which I think added to the fun

Was not to excited about going to a haunted house while on vacation in the Smoky mountains but the kids wanted to do this when we were in Gatlinburg and it came up on groupon. Decided to give it a try because the groupon discount was pretty good. Well worth the cost and it turned out to be the best... More

This is a nice haunted house on a street parallel to the main drag thought Gatlinburg. It is well done. It's just the right scare level for families. Not extreme like many that open around Halloween, but it is not wimpy either. probably not good for small kids... To scary for that. But overall it is a well done attraction... More

All you have to do is walk one block over the main drag to find this neat activity. This was only $13 per person, and there's a $1 coupon in the coupon books. My suggestion to the operator(s0 is to get more help for your staff! It appeared you only had 3 ppl working, the teller and two ghouls. This... More

We appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback, thank-you! We read each and every review because it helps us to improve. If you visit us on October weekends when we have our special Halloween shows we hire a much larger staff of monsters and ghouls for the event. Though we would love to, it would not be financially... This was out first trip to the Mansion for me and my children. My husbands second. The attendant was very kind explaining the house to us. My children are 5 and 6 and we weren't sure how they'd react to the house even though they don't scare easily and my son loves everything scary. We opted to try it with... More
