About
Ripley's Haunted Adventure takes haunted houses to the next level. Live actors lurk behind every corner of this creepy renovated mansion, just waiting to "welcome" you to their home. That high pitched scream you hear...yea that's you. But remember, you must be at least 6 years old to enter, if you dare!

No one was working the front, we had coupons we couldn’t even use it was just a computer. Went in with kids and teens. It is pitch black the majority of the time, it makes you jump some but that’s about it. Definitely don’t recommend for smaller kids. If you’re hoping for a really good haunted house I’d skip this one. It’s quick but it’s just dark the whole time so nothing to really look at or scare you. There was two people working the entire thing and only one person to scare you. An if you’re claustrophobic there are a few spots that will be uncomfortable!

Had a good time this weekend at the haunted adventure.not super scary and kinda expected more interactions with actors
Only down fall is I got cut on a staple or nail that was sticking out of one of the doors. Went to the ticket desk out front at the end and told them and asked for a first aid kit and the lady was very nice and helpful.
Cut still very sore after today, very glad I’m caught up on my shots lol
Recommend for people who don’t like extreme haunts

During Covid-19 times the staff check temperature before you enter and spray hand sanitizer if you aren’t wearing gloves.

This is quite a long walk through the haunted house with some pitch black areas where you have to feel the walls to get through. Winding hallways make for some good scares. Good sound effects and some scary moments.

I went through with my teenaged son who enjoyed it also.

I was completely disappointed. From no on knowing what to do with the pass on your phone, which is a matter of a simple scan to the very end. There is absolutely no regard to the pandemic that is currently still going on. Everyone had to hold on to each other in a row like kindergarteners because it basically pitch black through the whole thing. So it was sweaty strangers holding on to sweaty strangers. The leader of this string of humans was a younger child and was practically running. I tripped several times just trying to keep up.
The worst part is the only actor working inside would scream in your face, So close you could feel her breath on your skin. She appeared at every corner to scream at you to not let go of the person in front of you, don't get lost in the dark.
Did the haunted house make me jump? sure a few times. However, at 51 years old and all the haunted houses I have been to in my life this is the first one I wanted to bail out of because of feeling like it was a cesspool of disease . WEAR MASK if you go, the actors do not. Sanitize when you leave, you just touched everything everyone else has. It was just gross.

This ‘touristy trap’ was actually worth the admission! The host that escorted us back was witty and set the tone for a fun experience. The haunted rooms were actually scary, the characters were into their roles, and the best parts were the water sprays that hit you (to mimic blood and nasty toilet water (gross but funny). These elements really made this haunted house one to remember!

I was really uncomfortable with the staff literally yelling at other customers who didn’t seem to understand the process. Don’t expect good customer service here. Expect to be treated like cattle to slaughter - and not in a fun Halloween sort of way. Speaking of…. I didn’t like being forced to walk through the attraction in a conga line with another group when clearly the place wasn’t busy and could have kept us separated which would have made the experience much more fun. Also, it appeared several scenes might have had animatronics that weren’t working. The gist I came away with is that this is a money grab and once they have yours, they don’t care about your experience.

My wife and I recently tried out Ripleys haunted attraction for the first time and were underwhlemed with the attraction as well as the social distancing measures in the lines while we waited. The line to purchase tickets and to wait to get into the attraction was packed with people, no distancing, and not wearing mask (at least half were not) There were not visual cues to encourage distance, and no one monitoring the distance in the line. (felt very unsafe) When we got to the attraction I will say they checked our temperature and had us sanitize our hands which was good, but would have preferred that be done prior to me getting in line and waiting because if someone was febrile I would have been waiting next to them for app. 20 minutes while I waited. The attraction it self was good for kids I suppose but not quite what I wanted. It was not scary, and if anything was a bit cheesy. I won't go back and would save my money if I were you.

Amazing! I love haunted mansions, houses, cemetery and anything else that’s haunted. Me and my wife go to 13th Gate every year and I have to give credit where credit is due. They did an awesome job of finding people’s fears and implementing them into an amazing walk of horror. One thing scares anyone is not being able to see what you hear. I’ve always said, if I can see it then I’m not scare. I think people are more scared of what they can’t see. I will be making regular visits here!!!! Thank you for stepping it up a notch and delivering.

This was so fun, it is like one of the haunted houses at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. My wife and I had so much fun going through this. Big tip get the combo ticket if you go to the Aquarium, for just a little more you get 3 Ripley's attractions for less than the cost of 2.

Its basically a walk in the dark. I was more afraid of tripping over something than I was from the "frightening mannequins". Also afraid of catching Covid from the carpeted walls that you need to constantly touch to feel your way through the dark passage. Honestly couldn't wait to get through to the other side. Certainly not worth the money they charge. Perhaps it was more scary pre-Covid as apparently they had "live" people jumping out and throwing fluids at you. Now its just strobe lights and plastic skeletons.
