This was how we ended our first night in Gatlinburg. It was about $16 a person to go ride. I know you can buy a $20 per person day pass, but that is only for the day you buy it... read more

This is the ride I was waiting for when I came to Gatlinburg. Take the tram up first then pay additional price to take the chair lift up to a higher place on the mountain. Very nice slow ride up mountain. Great views of everything beneath. Smile for your picture when you are almost there and can purchase once at... More

We visited this and was a nice trip up to a great view. However as with most things in Gatlinburg it is overpriced.

This is a fun and inspirering activity. Whether you are a skiier/snowboarder or a flat land lover, the ride up the side of the mountain is fun, and the beauty is awesome. We did this 35 years ago on our honeymoon, where we had our picture taken on the chairlift. Of course we had to take the ride up again... More

This was how we ended our first night in Gatlinburg. It was about $16 a person to go ride. I know you can buy a $20 per person day pass, but that is only for the day you buy it and assuming you would want to ride multiple times. We rode the lift up. Very pretty as the sun is... More

Although I didn't ride the sky lift this time, my family really liked it. Looking up through the mountain at how high it went up, I chickened out because of my fear of heights. My family said that it didn't seem very high at all, however. When I did ride it 19 years ago, I remember really enjoying it.

It a gentle ride up a lift to the top of small mountain. You can get unlimited rides for just a few more dollars for the same day. Once you get to the top there is a great view of mountains and the city. I had a family of five, 2 adults and 3 kids. They are 2 seaters. My... More

Expensive to ride. Would go early next time and buy the ride all day ticket for the extra $3. A family ride package would be nice.

It's awesome at night! They also have a pass where you pay a little more for unlimited riding in that day. It would be cool to do both day and night!

Decided to jump on the day before we left...we weren't interested in the Rippley's scene but this rude gave another really nice view of the mountains.
