Awesome views but a little ran down

This was the first time I've been back up on the observation deck in about 20 years. Still awesome views. The deck and elevator areas are under construction for various updates so... read more

This is one of the attractions that, despite having visited several times a year for years, we'd not every visited until recently. I loved it. I loved the elevator ride up, I loved the views, I loved the informative plaques around the circumference, and I loved the fact that the View Finder Telescopes were free to use, unlike the ones... This was the first time I've been back up on the observation deck in about 20 years. Still awesome views. The deck and elevator areas are under construction for various updates so it seems. If you are scared of heights this isn't the attraction for you. There was about a 10 mile an hour wind and you could feel the... More

Really enjoyed seeing all the Fall foliage. They have binoculars you can use as well. The ride up to the top was great. A must do!

It was a warm November day when we went here. Since it is in the open and 32 stories high, it could probably be rather cold on windy days in late fall or winter. Since the ticket purchased is good for two viewings the price isn't as bad as I thought at first.

Night view was just ok. This is a old/dated attraction and you can tell. Ticket was good for 24 hours but that old elevator was so dang scary we skipped the return trip.

Nothing like the Seattle Space Needle but still gave great views over the town below and surrounding mountains. Lift may be slow and old but does give you the chance to take in the raising view. Went up early morning then returned that evening to view the sight below like a model village at night.

If you want a view of the mountains, the Space Needle is one of the places to do it. Not expensive and doesn't take a lot of time but the views are worth it.

We visited while staying in Gatlinburg a few days. Buy your tickets inside the game room, take the elevator up and its an amazing view. We didnt have to wait in line or anything at the time. Really pretty at night.

The last time my wife and I were here, we weren't engaged yet but well in our way. Now, 18 years later, we had to go back to see it. I must admit, little has changed in the past 18 years. It was literally like going back in time. The views were spectacular at night. It did make me feel... More
