The space needle has very pretty view of the city at night, not so much during the day. Could use a little updating.

The Space Needle was always on the list of things to do when we come into town to visit. Now we have done it, I think we can check it off the list. No reason to try it again. I was thinking I could get such wonderful pictures and I was a little disappointed. You enter an elevator from an... More

Went up to the top and walked around the open deck area. Took beautiful scenic photos. The best part is we could go back up as much as we wanted in a 24 hour period.

We took this ride at night. The scenery was so beautiful. We had a great time. Afraid of heights, don't go on this ride.

There's an amazing view of the Smoky mountains at the top. You can see 10-20 miles into the distance.

Conversation over dinner started our trip up the space needle. My wife and I had been to Gatlinburg many of times, but we typically only go into town for dinner. Usually we are in the Smokey Mountain National Park. But over dinner I asked her what tourist thing she's always wanted to do but never has. She said the space... More

We missed it last year, you can see it in the sky but know it is part of the Arcade on the side street. Worth the fee, you can stay up there as long as you want and you can o back a second time at night (we didn't due to schedule). Arcade was clean and it was a fun... More

The Space Needle is not the most exciting thing in the world, but it is something that you and your family might want to try at least one time while in Gatlinburg. This would be especially great is you have kids because at the base of the Space Needle is a game room that has all sorts of gaming opportunities... More
