Me and my girl took the Aerial Tram and we really enjoy the ride. Most likely will ride the area tram again on next visit. The amusement park up top was ok.

Trip up the mountain in tram was nice. At the top was just some shops an arcade and wildlife area that you had to pay to see. Basically ride up to more spending:) you then ride back down. You can also drive up but we chose the tram. We did get to see bears on the mountainside on the trip... More

Unfortunately, we were only able to have a ride up the mountain and eat at the restaurant. However, the ride was awesome and educational. The ride operators were great as well. The restaurant at the top was very good. Food was wonderful and the service was excellent.

Expensive but fun. The alpine slide is a blast! All of our kids loved it. We didn't do the coaster. 15.00 per person per ride seems ridiculous.

Tbe wait tyo get on the tram is long but the views are pretty awesome. There isn't a lot to see at the top - iceskating and a wildlife area plus some shopping. But I gave it 4 stars just for the view.

Fun tram ride to the top, with lots of activities geared for families with pre-teen kids. Great views on the way up and back, we even saw a black bear wandering around as we passed over some of the vacation homes. Lots to do and see at the top; an ice skating rink, Carnival style rides, and injured and rescued... More

We got on the tram in the morning about 10:30 we knew it was going to rain later in the day. But it actually started as soon as we got to the top of the mountain. They do cram up to 120 people into each of the trams, and there are very few seats. The trip only takes 9 minutes... More

It's been maybe 8 years since being in Gatlinburg. I remember visiting Ober Gatlingburg when I was younger and I had a blast there doing the alpine slide and riding the aquarium aerial tramway. After returning, they changed the tram cars and added a mountain coaster. Other than adding or updating a few things, it felt "meh". It was interesting... More
