This place is very low-key, which was nice for us because we wanted to relax and enjoy the scenery. If you want some excitement then ride the Alpine slide! Budget about a half-day to get there, ride up, see the sights, do the shopping, and...More

I’m glad I did it but it was not the highlight of my trip. Long lines, but the wait doesn’t take too long. The tram was the best part and the cool facts the worker on it gave us.

Hadn't been here since I was young, but very worth it! So much to do and see, it is great for everyone! Ice skating and snow at the top, you can't go wrong on this wonderful journey!

When you go to Gatlinburg, you have to take a tram/lift ride to the top of the mountain and visit Ober Gatlinburg.. Take your camera, as you will not want to miss all the beatuiful scenery!

The tram ride was beautiful. You can see the scorched areas from the wild fire. Once at the top, unfortunately there was no snow. The chair lifts were closed.

I believe everything is open and available year round. The chairlift, bobsledding, ice rink, bear viewing, and go cart racing I think are all available. But I would definitely check their website and also prepare for... More

Yes, it just basically turns into a ski resort. There's ice skating inside and a game room. There is skiing and snowboarding and possibly tubing outside.
